Location was amazing. Right on a nice little street with some great cafe and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower! Having an elevator for my elderly mother was great. Room was clean and comfortable with AC!

The location of the property was second to none. To be able to walk out at any given time a day and have access to markets, shopping, restaurants, delicious coffee was amazing.
The rooms were typical Parisian style, smaller but spotless . Sometimes there was noise bc of deliveries for the restaurants and stores below us. But not necessarily bothersome.. You could hear trucks early morning, but you would typically fall back asleep.

The location on a pedestrian only street and a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower was perfect.
I could have used a grab bar in the bath/shower combo. Otherwise we loved it.

The location was excellent. Rue Cler had many restaurants, bolangeries and grocery stores. It was very close to the Eiffel tower and metro stations/bus stops were nearby. The room size was not too big but it was comfortable. we had two suitcases and two carry-ons and were able to accommodate all. There was no closet but some hanging space and some shelves were provided. The room did have a small fridge and kettle, which we liked. There was no iron in the room. you had to go down to their laundry to do the ironing which was a bit inconvenient. We had assumed breakfast was included but we were told since our booking was thru booking.com it was discounted and breakfast was not included in ours. We would have to pay extra. The days we did have breakfast there it was quite satisfactory buffet. The room was made everyday. The towels were changed everyday but I don't think the sheets were changed during our stay. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The pick-up from airport was included and much appreciated.
We arrived around 12:30pm - 1pm but they said their check in was at 3pm and that we could leave our bags there and come back in 2 hrs for checkin. I had emailed them earlier requesting an early check-in. It would have been nice if they had accommodated us.

Very well located right in the heart of rue cler near to all the restaurants and bars and just a few steps from the eiffel tower. The staff at the front desk were amazing and very helpful

The location was the best…. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our bed! The street it is located on is very clean and felt safe….and seems to be where the locals hang out for that area…. restaurants we’re very good. The fresh fruit, pastries, groceries, and of course chocolate…. everything you need right out your front door and again a nice part of Paris…. The rooms are small, but that is to be expected for Paris. I would stay here again, and I would recommend this hotel to others because the location feels very safe and as within walking distance to the main attractions, especially the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. We did not partake of the buffet, which is extra because the restaurants right outside the door were great. I got this recommendation from ChatGPT and they were right!

The reception staff was so kind and welcoming! The location was lovely. Directly outside the hotel was a little grocery store and then the street is lined with restaurants, shops, bakeries and cafes! To note: the AC was 100/10! So good!
This isn’t just specific to this hotel because a lot of them are like this because of the older buildings but the ironing board and iron cannot be brought to your room. You have to go to the basement for that!

We arrived in a rush. Park on the street.Had conversations with delivery drivers about getting out of there way in 5 minutes. So we rushed inside with our bags. Front desk person assisted my Wife getting bags to the room and getting checked in while I went back and moved the car. I felt this was above and beyond excellent service. We enjoyed the air conditioning during the record heat waves in paris. It is a typical hotel room in Paris.On the small side, but everything we needed was there.And it was great. We enjoy the street it sits on.There is a grocery store and lots of other stores with anything else.You could want or need nearby.
This is our fourth stay at the hotel and I can honestly say there is nothing I would tell them to change or fix to make better.

The location was excellent, at the end of a shop-lined pedestrian street in the heart of the same arrondissement as the Eiffel Tower and close to public transit. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. We felt safe and cared for.
It was our first trip to Paris and in a record heatwave. Because of that a number of things were cancelled, which obviously was not the responsibility of the hotel, but we did a fair amount of walking to get back from major sites.

From the minute we walked in to the time we left the front desk staff was helpful, friendly and professional. Our room was clean and a nice size. The location on Rue Cler was perfect. Close to the Eiffel Tower, restaurants, bars, gelato, bakeries, groceries and one block away from the metro. We did not eat the breakfast but it looked lovely and a good value for the money.
