Very Good
Wonderful location on a bustling street with many cafes and shops. A little busy/touristy but also a fair amount of locals doing their shopping. Very close to some of the big sights and easy to get to the metro. The room was small but standard for European hotels and perfectly comfortable for 2 people. Good air conditioning which is often hard to find in Europe. Bed and linens were comfortable and shower/bathroom were bigger than expected and very nice. Good breakfast and helpful staff. We were able to drop off luggage when we arrived early in the day until our room was done and store it there after check out until we were ready to leave the city. Elevator is a bonus although it was small, at least it was easy to transport luggage upstairs.

Great location on a pedestrian street filled with cafes and shops. Very quiet too. Very clean. Great breakfast buffet.
The room was very tiny. We could not move around in it without stepping to one side to allow the other to pass by. There was no ventilation in the bathroom.

The best hotel we could possibly stay, the location is a 10/10 and the staff is very friendly! The room was very clean and comfortable, but the best part was truly the location, it has a lot of bistros and restaurants near, truly amazing!

The staff were so wonderful and welcoming! They went all out and it really made our stay great! The location is amazing, too. It is on a beautiful side street with fruit markets, shops, and cafe's and only delivery traffic, and walking distance to many landmarks. If I go to Paris again, I would absolutely stay here. Thank you so much for making this special trip so perfect :)

Very close to Eiffel Tower and metros. Nice safe location. Beds were very comfortable and ac worked great! Elevator was also a plus! This is my second visit and can’t wait to return at Christmas!

The staff were fantastic, rooms were typical for Paris (small) but the hotel has been modernized and is super clean. The location is great, easy access to metro, RER, buses, etc. it’s a great base for the Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Versailles. Rue Cler has a lot going on and it’s clear locals actually live in this neighborhood. The breakfast was a nice spread plenty to jumpstart a long day out and about.

The location is superior. About 5-7 min walk to Eiffel tower, right next to fresh fruit market and a lot of restaurants and cafes.
Location was the only pro about this place and the nice customer service. But rooms are extremely small. I’ve never experienced a hotel so tiny. The tiniest elevator too, which by the way worked the day we got there and broke the next day. We also had some random leak from our shower going into the room below us. But it was not our fault. Yet instead of giving us a new room they kept asking to come in our room to check the leak out. So that was disturbing especially because we had jet lag and were trying to sleep and at one point they knocked when we were asleep we didn’t even have time to get up to open the door before they just opened it themselves and when they realized they quickly shut the door. And yes the “do not disturb” sign was on. Which I didn’t appreciate at all because I could’ve been naked.
So granted I would hope the elevator and the shower problems aren’t an everyday thing. If you’re looking for a great and safe location within minutes of walking to Eiffel Tower, and don’t care too much about space or amenities then this is it for you.
The front desk men are all kind and helpful with luggage and storing luggage or stroller in their closet since rooms are so tiny.

Staff were very helpful with helping us navigate the city, helping us find our way to disneyland, and even arranged a ride to the airport for us. Breakfast was reasonably priced. Rooms were very clean and modern. Shower was great. Great location on a quiet street, about a 15-20 minute walk to the eiffel tower and hop-on hop-off bus stop.
A little loud from the street outside but we just played white noise from our phone and then we had no troubles sleeping.

Huge thank you to Pablo our receptionist during our stay at Cler Hotel! Pablo was incredibly professional and helpful, gave us details about what to do in Paris, and even kept our stuff after check out so we could continue to explore the city before leaving to catch our flight!! Exceptional staff, very clean, 5/5 stars :)

We were very pleased with the service upon checking in - the location was in the center of town with easy access to the Eiffel tower, the train and shops/restaurants! For the price and the little time we spent in the actual room, I would say it was a fair size.
Our room was attended to even when we put the "do not disturb" sign on the door

The location of the property was second to none. To be able to walk out at any given time a day and have access to markets, shopping, restaurants, delicious coffee was amazing.
The rooms were typical Parisian style, smaller but spotless . Sometimes there was noise bc of deliveries for the restaurants and stores below us. But not necessarily bothersome.. You could hear trucks early morning, but you would typically fall back asleep.

The location was excellent. Rue Cler had many restaurants, bolangeries and grocery stores. It was very close to the Eiffel tower and metro stations/bus stops were nearby. The room size was not too big but it was comfortable. we had two suitcases and two carry-ons and were able to accommodate all. There was no closet but some hanging space and some shelves were provided. The room did have a small fridge and kettle, which we liked. There was no iron in the room. you had to go down to their laundry to do the ironing which was a bit inconvenient. We had assumed breakfast was included but we were told since our booking was thru booking.com it was discounted and breakfast was not included in ours. We would have to pay extra. The days we did have breakfast there it was quite satisfactory buffet. The room was made everyday. The towels were changed everyday but I don't think the sheets were changed during our stay. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The pick-up from airport was included and much appreciated.
We arrived around 12:30pm - 1pm but they said their check in was at 3pm and that we could leave our bags there and come back in 2 hrs for checkin. I had emailed them earlier requesting an early check-in. It would have been nice if they had accommodated us.

Very well located right in the heart of rue cler near to all the restaurants and bars and just a few steps from the eiffel tower. The staff at the front desk were amazing and very helpful

The location was the best…. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our bed! The street it is located on is very clean and felt safe….and seems to be where the locals hang out for that area…. restaurants we’re very good. The fresh fruit, pastries, groceries, and of course chocolate…. everything you need right out your front door and again a nice part of Paris…. The rooms are small, but that is to be expected for Paris. I would stay here again, and I would recommend this hotel to others because the location feels very safe and as within walking distance to the main attractions, especially the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. We did not partake of the buffet, which is extra because the restaurants right outside the door were great. I got this recommendation from ChatGPT and they were right!
