It was very centrally located.
It was very tired and a bit dirty. The apartment really needs a fresh coat of paint and a good clean. Also there wasnt much utensils in the kitchen. Also there is no oven. Only a microwave and the microwave is quite small. The sofa beds were quite uncomfortable. The tv doesnt have acces to any channels other than French. The car parking is extremely narrow and you have to go down four levels to the parking. We could not have used the car park if we had attached our roof box. Our car is an estate and the turns are so narrow that we have ended up with quite a bit of damage to the bumper of the vehicle from trying to access the car park.

Location, location, location. Within walking distance to the Eiffel tower and less than 10mins walk to either Trocadro and Victor Hugo metro stations which can get you to other sites in the city. Nice restaurants/cafs nearby.
Kitchenette was handy to have.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Downstairs lobby area was very nice.
Booked the 1 bedroom apartment. Standard didn't match the pretty downstairs area.The bedroom was dusty in parts, dropped something and under the bed was very dusty with hair on the floor. Glad I brought my slippers.
Bedroom was very small so not much room to have a small cabin case open so kept them in the living room but once the sofa bed was open it felt cramped for 3 people. If you're out and about a lot you won't mind but if you like relaxing in your room I wouldn't recommend. For the traveller familiar with Premier Inn, the room was like that but with a kitchenette and not as clean.

I like the hotel's location. The nearest Metro station is within a couple of minutes' walk. In the evening, you can walk to the Trocadero square for a scenic view of the Eiffel Tower at sunset. There are plenty of cafes and shops around where you can have a coffee in the morning or buy groceries after coming from the business meeting (if you don't feel like dining out at the restaurants).

Room was clean. Location is close to Eifel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. Restaurants are also close by.
The garage is a challenge to maneuver if you don't have a small car. My partner had to get out and kept going from one side of the rental car (Toyota C-HR) to the next to help me get the car in and out of the garage.

Very courteous staff, excellent location as just short walk from trocadero and Eiffel Tower.. property is well maintained and modern with spacious layout. We had a big balcony which was a plus!
We stayed for two night and found it a bit surprising that the room was not serviced on second day. However we did not call for it either and it might just have been our time was off?

Location , cleanliness , atmosphere, facilities and the possibility of taking from the nessesity room just the things I really needed (towels, etc). The courtesy and the professional staff. Great bakery and supermarkets just around 1 minute of walking. It's like being at home away from your home.
This establishment is amazing. In my opinion , the price is still a beat too high. Nevertheless, it was my second time and I would come back again.
