Originally we went for the studio unit but the size and the layout were not quite what we thought they would be. So we asked if there was a possibility for a room change and did the apartment instead. Much much better. The staff were so polite about accommodating the change and booked us into the new room the next day. The new room, we loved. Other than an unlevel table, it was clean and spacious if not in need of a little bit of an update and modernization. Was great to have a dishwasher and fridge. Cannot praise enough the location: on the strip of the Moulin Rouge in front. with classic Montmartre behind us. Accessible to transport and so many food options.
For such a costly hotel with quite nice upgrades on everything, it was strange and slightly disappointing how small the TVs were! We did not spend so much time in our suite as to be bothered. But still they were so small.

Excellent place considering its location and price. Not far away from key locations, next to a few metro lines and buses. It's super silent. Well, cemetry is close. But in my opinion, it's cool because I don't hear noise from the main street. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff who was there in the evening hours was nice and helpful, always up to the point.
It was too hot in the room without air conditioning, so I had to open the window then mosquitos came in, couldn’t sleep.

Excellent location, good size room for Paris and the little kitchen area was very useful.
The set up of the room was a bit strange, with the toilet being so far away from the rest of the bathroom. Also, a few basic ingredients like sugar, salt, pepper would be a nice addition to the kitchenette.

Rooms are decent size for Paris, with ample space given to kitchen area and a toilet separate from bathroom. Good location with easy access to metros. Staff were very friendly.

The hotel in Montmartre was very close to Moulin Rouge but down a cul de sac so it was quiet. Nice view from room. Situated Between several metro lines so easy access to all of Paris. We were concerned at first about the area but one block up from Main Street and it was so charming. We loved our hood. I would recommend this hotel.

Perfect location and great rooms with space to spread out. The kitchen was a welcome luxury and the views were great.
It would be nice to have salt and pepper on offer.

The staff are great and very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is so good too.
The doors are loud when you close them, from the other rooms too. One more thing is that the restroom is separated from the shower room.

Spacious place and comfy beds
Outside in the streets people were talking, singing and screaming till 5:00am and we couldn’t sleep. We were on the 4th floor. Better ask for a room in a higher floor to avoid the noise

Location is excellent, very well located for Metro and local attractions. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom/separate toilet both decent, kitchen area good. Staff friendly, didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment.
Terrace was ok, but main side was open so not really private as you could see directly into others. No roof either, so no sitting listening to the rain while drinking some wine. If this was improved this place would be outstanding; as it is it’s still great.

It was safe — doors always locked, key card required for elevators, etc.
Flavored water all day for guests! And vending machines in lobby.
Beautiful views on beautiful rooftop lounge.
Close to 2 Metro stations! Around corner from Moulin Rouge!
Shopping, bars, restaurants on same block.
Reasonably attractive room & very clean! All expected amenities! Kettle, tea, cups.
Nice kitchenette with fridge, sink, cook top.
Tub AND shower — I love having both options!!!
Nice staff! Everyone friendly and able to speak English! So helpful!!! They can call a taxi for you to arrive in MINUTES! You can also store luggage there safely before check in time or after check out.
There should be a bin in the toilet room and a sink to wash hands.
View from window not great, but that’s ok.
Needed to restock bottled water in vending machine.

The room was spacious and clean. Having the kitchen was a plus. Location is near metropolitain which it made it convenient to access all the different sights and museums. Plenty of food and cafes in the area as well.
Laundry was a bit expensive at €5 per wash and €4 per dryer.
