I loved everything - for a 5 night stay it was great to have a small kitchenette, and the location is great for those who don’t want to be in the main tourist areas. Metro stop steps away, as well as Montparnasse train station. Also a Carrefour and great bakeries nearby as well!

The staff was incredibly attentive and willing to assist as much as possibly. Staying with children, the apartment features (i.e., kitchenette, dishwater and utensils, launderette were extremely convenient. The location was outstanding, near to a Lidl for groceries as well as many bistros, boulangeries, and cafes. Buses and metro ate blocks away and the beds were very comfortable. Espresso and coffee as well as tea and water are always available and the small courtyard area in the back lets you have a quiet break before heading out or when just getting back.
The property is slightly dated and it does show signs of wear and tear; however, we were specifically told that they are to start undergoing significant renovations over the coming year and will certainly address this.

The rooms are nice and clean. Comfortable at reasonable price. Nice location.
One of the female receptionists was really grumpy and the way she spoke to us…. Oh la là… maybe she forgets that she’s working as a receptionist to welcome and assist guests. Apart from this woman, other staffs were really nice.

The hotel is adjacent to the Montparnasse train and metro stations, which is why we selected it. It was perfect for our trip from Paris to Brittany and then the final trip to the Charles de Gaule airport. The staff were very helpful with stored luggage and providing an early breakfast as we had to leave for the airport early. The room was small but comfortable.

The location was perfect for us - near the train station (Montparnasse) and steps away from public transportation. There was a LIDL a 2 minute walk away and a gigantic Monoprix just around the corner. My husband and I will definitely book here on our next visit to Paris!
There is a lovely courtyard for you to enjoy. However, the one time my husband and I wanted to sit out there, there was another couple smoking. I understand that many Parisians/People smoke, but this was a disappointment for us.

Location location! I travel from Montparnasse when I stay at Citadines so it’s very convenient.
They should offer bottles of water in the room .
