Excellent location, close to major metro station, lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. Also easy walking distance to major tourist attractions like the louvre. Apartment was recently renovated - small but comfortable enough for our family of four.
Free coffee machine was a nice addition and staff were very friendly and helpful.

It has the best location like 2 minutes from Chatelet les hall station which connects to other metro lines. Room is beautiful, new and clean. Kitchen is well designed.

Location is convenient. Lots of restaurants around
Check in experience is bad. We arrived a bit early and asked to come back at 3pm. This is understood. When we came back at 3 we are being asked to come back at 4pm. The front desk attitude was bad and not professional. They said this is the procedure. We then wait until 4:30pm and no one care we are all sit there to wait. They are not helpful at all just keep saying the room is not ready. We dont know what we are waiting but all others guests already check in. We are super upset. Until we get mad and look for their supervisor to help then finally we get a room. This is a terrible check in experience . Also the hotel is in renovation. All area are noisy and lots of things stuck in lift area like a warehouse but not a 4 stars hotel. No hotel breakfast then we found out we need to get a ticket to go somewhere else for breakfast. No room clean up. This is the worst hotel I ever seen . This is definitely not a 4 stars hotel

Disappointing
Large rooms in a good location
1. There is a RENOVATION and DRILLING was happening next to our room. When we called reception about this, they were not open to provide a solution. We had to request to be moved to another room due to a migraine at the time and still they were very hectic to do it. Not to mention they pressured us to do this within 20 minutes, even though my partner had a strong migraine.
2. THERE IS NO ROOM CLEANING!! People should know this if they think they are booking a 4* hotel. They only clean once a week if you stay there that long.
3. Because of the renovation the hotel is under construction and everywhere besides the room there is dust, dirt and noise.
4. Only one elevator to assist a 7 floor and large building. Be prepared to waste your time waiting, unless you can use the stairs.

Excellent location, metro and train station across the road. Direct train to Charles de Gaulle. Very lively spot, loads of places to eat and drink. There is a large shopping centre above the train station, great for shopping. The location was excellent. Less than 10 minute walk to lLouvre, Pompidou Centre. Notre Dame and Saint Chapelle 15 minutes or less. The rooms were recently renovated, nice decor and beds very comfortable
Renovations currently underway so there was no access to breakfast or bar areas. But this was not really a big deal. Staff managed it very well

We received an upgrade into an apartment that has recently been renovated and it was great! We wish we could have stayed for longer to use all the facilities! Great space for a family with a separate bedrooms and the separate pull out beds in the sofa for the children. The location was perfect for getting around Paris (particularly good for getting to Gare du Nord).
The noise late from the street at night disturbed us adults (but not the children). The current refurbishment works in the hotel limits the communal areas but we didnt really have time to use any of that anyway.

Disappointing
The location was great. Right in the city centre. The staff was very comprehensible, nice and patient for the overload in work with so many people complaining.
The place is in renovation so it is noisy from early morning and full of construction workers and material. There is only one elevator so the wait to use it is long. The last night the power was cut off so we couldnt charge our electronics or shower with hot water and be in the total dark and the lift was not working so we had to go up and down five floors and with the luggage. They refunded us the city tax and promised to refund the last night, but after two months nothing has been received and we have had no answer to our last email claiming it..

When we checked in, the hotel entrance was in a chaotic state of renovation. I booked the hotel many months ago and at no time were we notified by the hotel that such renovations would be taking place. On arrival, we were advised that the laundry was not available and told we could visit a laundromat (One of the considerations when booking this property was that a laundry was available). But worse was that to access the only operational tiny lift one had to walk up a long flight of stairs. My partner has problems with stairs (he has a kidney transplant, diabetes and walking is problematic for him). This was the case for our entire stay. We have been loyal Citadines customers having stayed with you in Lyon, Tokyo, Osaka, and Paris (left bank). Citadines Les Halles was a disappointment.

The staff were outstanding. The room was generously sized, comfortable and well equipped. Perfectly located for catching the train to Disneyland the next day.
The place was being renovated and was a bit of a mess. The lift was not working.

Really good location, comfortable and well-equipped rooms, and really friendly staff.
There was some renovation work going on, which didnt bother us as we only stayed one night, but could be disruptive for some.

We liked the room decor. The coffee machine in the foyer was great. The shower was very good. And the sofa that could be made into a single or double bed was really good. We also liked that there was a good array of kitchen tools, including a toaster, small fridge and jug for cups of tea. The room had air conditioning, and we could open the doors to a small balcony. It had a very spacious area for luggage and a safe for our valuables.
There could have been some hooks in the bedrooms to hang our clothes and coats. the pillows were to hard, it would be good to have two options for pillows soft ones and hard ones. Everything else was spot on.
