Location and it was quiet. Great access to places we wanted to visit.
We were there for five nights but were not offered a cleaning service unless we paid more.
There was only one armchair and the room felt cramped. This was supposed to be a luxury apartment but didnt feel like that. The bathroom was very tired looking - for example the bath panel was damaged.

It was clean, quiet, comfortable and close to shops and transport. The staff were exceptionally helpful. I liked its proximity to the Markets held twice a week.
The weather but they couldn't help that! At least they provided umbrellas for guests to use.

It was not very much clean 7/10.. and toilet was smelling a little bad.. but the location is good compared to paris.

The location was very good, with the metro close and with supermarkets and some cafes close by. The staff was nice and helpful, you can get clean towels by bringing the used ones to the reception.
The rooms need renovation asap as they were worned out, but quite clean, but that could be a little bit improved. Ive also checked for bed bugs, and there were none. Overall, I dont it is a good quality-price ratio. After the renovation I think it will be better.

Location excellent. Staff friendly and polite but seemed to be overworked. I've stayed here before and loved it, but I think the standard has dropped over the last few years.
For a deluxe studio booked by a couple I expected to be able to get into my side of the bed - there was a space of about 200cm against the wall to get in (I had to climb in sideways) and no bed side table. (There was on the other side of the bed). The TV was positioned opposite a wall with a mirror on it - impossible to watch. The dishwasher did not close, so unable to use it. The laundry was run on an app, which didn't work for me. I received the code I was waiting for after I had left the hotel.

Size of the apartment, clean and well located. Also had two balconies which was a real plus.
No sink in the WC, it was in the bathroom which was separate.
