The location for this hotel is perfect, you are in walking distance of the Arc de Triumph and the Eiffel tower. The subway station and shopping area are also easily accessible from this hotel location.
We had booked the classic max room and paid a premium to have a special room when we arrived we were booked in a classic room on the lower level, we explained we had booked for a classic max and the concierge moved us the next day to a smaller room .

The breakfast was excellent with great variety. The central location allowed easy access to all of the sites we planned to visit in our short stay.

This is the worst hotel Ive ever stayed in. The maid who cleaned our room not only stole a new bag I had bought that I had left (unused the whole trip) left in a pouch inside my suitcase that was valuable to me, they were extremely unhelpful when I questioned them about it. The manager was laughing at me threatening to call the police and assumed I couldnt understand what she was saying in French, it was an inside job and they simply stole from me while staying at the establishment they are responsible for. It was also extremely extremely unhygienic and the same maid left the communal garbage bag in our room after cleaning and had to be reminded to take the whole floors trash out with her 15 minutes later. Refusing to clean the sheets because her shift was over. Cups they left in our room were never cleaned and had lip stains on it. Horrible and disgusting service.
