The dinner restaurant was amazing, lovely new and well-designed hotel, was very stylish. Great doormen and parking facilities which are rare for Paris, always smiling and helpful.
The hotel is let down by its facilities and newness, the wifi is horrendous, and we couldn't work, had to cancel important Zoom calls. The excuse was they are doing maintenance but by reviews, it's been an issue since they opened. The waiting staff need a notebook for the number of times we got an incorrect order for any meal or drink during breakfast or Lunch. If you leave the room for 2-3 hrs and ask for it to be cleaned don't expect it done when you return. Our suite was cleaned 2 times in 7 days as we weren't out for longer than 3hrs at a time. The best bit was trying to ask for a spare duvet or quilt and being delivered a beer, after the 4th call down to housekeeping. Lots of teething problems they need to work on and once resolved it will be the amazing hotel it looks like.

This is an amazing new hotel and we really enjoyed staying there!!perfect location very close to all the brand stores!! the room was very spacious, clean with a small little balcony that was great!! (bed pillows and bed sheets on top )
the atmosphere of the hotel is amazing and all the staff is very helpful and nice!!
the garden space and bar are perfect with very nice cocktails!! we for sure will book this hotel again!! highly recommended

The location is great.
During the stay there were some minor problems. one of them was that we couldnt be seated a table we wanted when the restaurant was empty. Other problem was the comfort of the bed. The bedsheets are quite rough and rigid. It was uncomfortable to sleep. There was a problem with hot water one day but it was fixed in a few hours. One time a member of staff just walked into the room without knocking or anything. They hotel needs to work on their staff training and change their bedding. Also, the music was very loud even at night. It was hard to fall asleep when the music is playing until 1am.

Very nice location in the heart of Paris, nice room
Really poor service and the cleanliness was terrible. Hammam was dirty, cold changing room. We had drinks in the room, they didnt change the glasses even for the coffee machine.
