The staff are very nice and helpful . The snacks daily from 2pm till 2 am are wonderful and I have to admit I used that every day . The area itself is very nice with a bakery around the corner and May I say an amazing one ! I mean really great stuff daily . Lots of restaurants and good options and steps away from the line 9 and line 1 metros . Definitely coming back .
If I have a thing it would be to add a mirror in the superior room ( beside the one in the closet ) because the standard room has one and I believe is very useful .

Very clean and nice hotel. Not crowded. Good location, close to subway. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Vintage elevator. Clean bathroom.

The staff are very nice and I loooved the snacks daily in the lobby area ! Location is super !
Well the pillows are about too soft but nothing too bothersome . I didnt try the breakfast so cant make a comment

Doors need a soft close on them. Every time someone leaves their room you are awoken by the slamming of their door. Also need a little more leg room by the toilet in the room we had.

Words cannot express how grateful i am for the incredible experience I had on my check-in at your hotel! From the friendly staff, gorgeous lobby to the breathtaking view on Eiffel Tower from my absolutely amazing room! Me and my daughter will cherish these memories forever. Special wow for the food provided.

Hello, i didn't like breakfast The breakfast room is small..its not 4 stars.. Some people were sitting in outerwear, Its not normal one waiter served the entire hotel for breakfast..people have breakfast in crowded place. I had a table for breakfast and there were trash cans next to it In room it was cold, i didn't like the portraits in the room above me head.its a hotel and a sleeping room its not museum. ..i didn't like location, did not match the cost the hotel With respect to you Elena
