Great location, really central to all main tourist areas and some lovely restaurants and bakeries near by. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly.
The communal areas on the staircases need some updating but since we didnt anytime in them apart from walking to room it did not bother us too much.

Even given how busy the city was at the time of our visit the price charged was very excessive. Hotel is very worn and needs refurbishing.

Wonderful
It was a hotel in a good location, close to the House of the Invalides, the Alexander 3 Bridge and the Eiffel Tower. In fact, on the corner with the hotel is one of the most popular places for photography with the Tower between the buildings. The room was small, but it was enough for us. The shower and bath worked well. The staff is very friendly. Nearby you can find both good breakfast cafes and gourmet restaurants.
We were in room 53, which did not have a good view from the window, but the rooms next to us 51-52 has the street view.

Breakfast was adequate and the young Kenyan man who served us was very accommodating and did his best to cater for our large group. Nothing was too much for him. Very professional and cheerful too.
Accommodations were very small and tight but for two nights it was okay.

Location is good and it had a nice lift.
Breakfast! Do not pay to add breakfast if you an allergy. The staff were extremely unhelpful. Couldnt be bothered to look up any of the allergy information for us. My daughter is only allergic to eggs and nuts but they said she couldnt eat anything. When we enquired more they said all she could eat was fruit. There was yogurts that she could potentially eat. When we asked for help, they said she cant eat it. We then looked at the ingredients and she could eat it. Useless and unhelpful, would never stay there again, especially given everywhere else we went in Paris was so good with allergy information. Finally, when we asked more about this, the staff member on check in said it wouldnt be a problem. When we had a bad experience at breakfast they said we should have informed them in advance. We actually looked for a way to do this but couldnt see how and Im not sure how that would have made any difference anyway.
