What a gorgeous boutique hotel!! We stayed for two nights in a superior room which had everything we needed, the bathroom was small but very clean and modern. The shower was amazing!! The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful, thank you for your recommendation of a restaurant nearby which had delicious French cuisine.(L'Arc Brasserie). We had breakfast both mornings in the hotel, which had all the usual choices for a continental breakfast. One fantastic waiter (sorry I didn't get your name) showed me the selection of teas available to ensure that he served me the correct one, which I really appreciated. Thank you! I would highly recommend staying in The Star Champs Elysees, if coming to Paris. Looking forward to our next trip already.
The only negative was that the hot food at the buffet wasn't very hot! But all other food was delicious

The bed, pillows and linens were amazing. Location for holidays. Fringe of local restaurants but easy access to main routes, activities and sites. Staff was so friendly and helpful, especially the evening staff. Breakfast has lots of options. Housekeeping staff works so hard; the rooms/halls were spotless.
The shower setup floods into bedroom with no lips or seals, especially since bed almost touches shower wall. Bring ear plugs if light sleeper as sound proofing is as expected in old buildings. Staff seemed to struggle with booking spa services, saying it was available but then not being able to complete bookings. Breakfast area is too cramped for table sizes, and breakfast items aren’t replenished. You can’t get around tables/people to the reach the food, and not enough places for those who booked breakfast to even sit.
