Disappointing
The location was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful but everything else was average at best. There are plenty of cafes and eateries nearby that are only a short walk. They do allow you to leave luggage if you are checking out and want to take in some sights of Paris before you depart home or your next destination. As I said the staff were very helpful with all those things... But if you're looking for an early checkin this is not the place for you so plan accordingly as it will be unlikely the room is ready before 2pm especially during peak season
The room was small the shower was small the lift was small said fits 4 people struggled to fit 2 especially if you had luggage. No fridge in the room. There are hardly any onsite services beyond breakfast in the morning. It was an overpriced bed and breakfast. But if you are use to the big hotels with facilities like lobby bar a place for coffee or a quick bite because you dont have the time to go beyond the hotel then this is not the place for you.. The other bug issue and its not this hotel its most EU hotels and maybe Las Vegas in the USA the fee on booking is not all you are going to pay... That hit you with some local tax which adds up if you are there more than a day and if you have more than one room. So if you are on a budget and not looking for hidden costs then make sure you don your homework because the price on booking is not the price you are paying

We liked everything about our stay. The breakfast was delicious, the room very comfortable, communication with the staff easy. We enjoyed cooling down in the Hotel's Pool after a long walk, and we especially enjoyed the deep-tissue massage. We felt the tention in our bodies disappear. We were even able to leave our bags in the Hotel Lobby after our check-out until our Airport Transfer arrived. Getting to the Metro station was easy, since the location of the Hotel is so close to the Arc de Triomphe. We also had access to a small balcony which was very useful.

Great location. About a 3 minute walk to the metro and Arc de Triomphe. Staff were so lovely and really helpful. The room was really well air conditioned which was great as it was 30+ degrees

The stuff are good the room was clean not verry gd location but its okey
The rooms are so small there is no variaties om the breakfast we asked for banane ... no banana they dnt refil the food we need to ask about so they can refil there breakfast is all about 2 kind of cheese turkey croissant and yogurt and eggs with coffee and there a foul odor every morning from the eggs they should use chlorox to clean after eggs

Perfect located, walking distance from everything very good affordable price. Friendly staff, room service everything available. Ollie our dog was nicely welcomed by staff. They call him mister was very cute. It’s a bit small the room, but if you spend the whole day discovering Paris than it’s perfect. You have nice clean comfortable shower and toilet. Plus good bed

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location!
We were very happy with our stay. The hotel is very centrally located — close to the metro, the Arc de Triomphe, and many other sights. Most of the time, we were able to walk everywhere because everything was so easy and convenient to reach.
The hotel itself is very charming, clean, and comfortable. The staff were all extremely friendly, helpful, and understanding. A very special thank you and compliment goes to Aymen, who was incredibly kind, attentive, understanding, and helpful.
We travelled with our dogs for the first time, and we felt very welcome. Our dogs barked a few times, but the staff were very patient and understanding. Dogs can be a little like children sometimes, and it was so nice to feel that the hotel staff handled everything with kindness and patience.
The breakfast buffet was also very nice, clean, and lovingly prepared.
I honestly have nothing negative to say about this hotel. For anyone who wants to stay close to the city, be out and about, and reach everything easily, this hotel is simply perfect.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Paris. Practical, clean, friendly, and very pleasant!
