The location: the actual hotel is beautiful. The room was great and the staff were amazing, so friendly. I would definitely come back and stay.
The shower door wasn't closing properly, when we took showers the marble floor would get soaked with water. Wasn't a big deal, we would put lots of towels down on the floor to soak up the water. The room would get cleaned daily which was perfect. We had a short stay of 2 night and so we didn't bother mentioning it to the staff.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with lovely rooms and is exceptionally clean. Staff were very polite and breakfast is plentiful.

Excellent location and very short walk from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. Very clean rooms. Many comments said rooms were small but actually they were an ok size and Paris is such a great city that we were only in the room a short time for sleeping! Staff very helpful and nice lobby/bar area. Very happy with the hotel for the price we paid.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel! Everything was perfect from beginning to end, and I truly felt very welcomed and well taken care of.
A special thank you to the person who assisted me during my stay , Chaturan — they were incredibly kind, attentive, professional, and made the whole experience even more special.
It was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service and a wonderful stay. Thank you for making my time there so memorable!

No frills accom tucked a few side streets away from Arc. Wrong side of Arc to get to the good part of Champs Elysee so it’s probably a good 15 min - 20 min walk.
Beds decent
Room stuffy. Window overlooked breakfast courtyard.
Reception staff rude and not smiley welcoming etc
Some mornings they would leave water when servicing the room other times wouldn’t. Same as teas etc
It’s essentially a no frills hotel on the wrong side of the Arc.
