The bed, pillows and linens were amazing. Location for holidays. Fringe of local restaurants but easy access to main routes, activities and sites. Staff was so friendly and helpful, especially the evening staff. Breakfast has lots of options. Housekeeping staff works so hard; the rooms/halls were spotless.
The shower setup floods into bedroom with no lips or seals, especially since bed almost touches shower wall. Bring ear plugs if light sleeper as sound proofing is as expected in old buildings. Staff seemed to struggle with booking spa services, saying it was available but then not being able to complete bookings. Breakfast area is too cramped for table sizes, and breakfast items aren’t replenished. You can’t get around tables/people to the reach the food, and not enough places for those who booked breakfast to even sit.

I arrived on 04 January at 1645 my deluxe room not ready so they gave me family which it has 2 double bed which i don’t need .. it takes the space of the room but it was good not that bad
