Location is top notch, but subway rocks the hotel every 3 minutes, and an attempt to avoid paying booking.com a fee by the hotel ruined the whole experience. I paid online and when we got there I was asked to pay again and was presented with a 204€ charge for a 186€ stay. It was hard to refuse when you’re tired and carrying two suitcases but they refused to accept us without it. I told them hell no and they said booking will refund what they charged me if I paid now. I called booking.com and they made the hotel accept us without paying a dime extra apart for tourist tax, as I booked. For this experience they get a unique 1 star. This is scammy behaviour and it should be shunned. You should know booking.com would not refund this if I paid what they asked. Later I searched online and it seems this js to avoid the booking.com fee, very shady.

I got the room with the court yard view, it was dirty air coming in the room when I opened the window for some fresh air. And sound from the Ac motors ( room 306)

Very friendly reception and had a lift. Room was smart and comfortable. The air conditioning was out and a fan was brought up. Reception gave us a breakfast free to make up for it. The bed was very comfortable and it is in a great location.
No major issues. Would recommend.

Beautiful place, small but typically what you can expect in and old city like Paris. Beautiful room with modern design. Everything in the room is clean and new. Love it to stay there.

Location, staff
The bed was too small, too soft and well past its replacement date. There was also the vibration from the metro train that you could sense in the room - it was not loud, but you certainly knew what it was. The room was also too small, and the air-conditioning would not work. FOR THE PRICE I EXPECTED MORE AND I WOULD RATE THIS HOTEL AVERAGE AT BEST.
