Wonderful
Breakfast is available as room service. There is a small room on the second floor where you can have tea or coffee.
Could be warmer in the rooms.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and adequate but more space would have been nice. The location was amazing. Lots of restaurants around for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Also a small supermarket around the corner which was soo convenient. Will deffo stay again.
Room size could have been bigger.

Small, friendly, hotel, just off the Champs-Elysées and Metro Line 1. Comfortable, quiet. Plentiful cafés for breakfast etc. Beautifully maintained.
Little storage space or design to make a small room work well. View onto the brick wall of a light well. No breakfast offer (except in-room with nowhere to eat it). Slow wi-fi. Altogether an excellent 3-star hotel but not sure why it's rated 4-star.

Rooms were so small not worth the money atall very expensive uncomfortable room dangerous even steps down were dsngerous and beams in room too low even for a small person

The location was excellent. The rooms were clean and staff friendly. Noting more to add.
The fact that they blocked money in my account to cover the room booking (which im fine with, but this was done before the free cancellation deadline), and then i had to pay again with funds still blocked. Completely unacceptable as funds were only available back in my account after i left. So beware that you will have to effectively have double the budget to cover the costs of your stay. I even told them to use the blocked funds to cover the room, but they said its not possible, and would not complete check in until i paid in full.

Location was great
The facilities either being extremely limited, or broken. Also the individual who I was told is the only one who responds to emails/ complaints not working weekends felt odd

It’s right in the center of Paris. Even though the elevator was broken, Philippe, the receptionist, carried our heavy luggage up to our room on the 3rd floor! He was very kind and always ready to answer any questions we had. The staff and service were excellent, truly friendly and helpful!

Location is amazing walking distance to place de la concorde, champs élysée. Restos and boulangeries around. Staff was super helpful, everything worked in the room, rooms are tiny but it was described before.
Room suppose to be with a window but there was milk glass without any view(maybe for the better). On the first floor you can hear staff door shutting and moving which could make a shallow sleeper unsettled. Shower was molded a bit.

Somebody entered our room with a hotel key card and stole bags, money!!!
It was not a fore entry somebody had the key!!!! The police is involved.
