The receptionist Philippe was engaging and provided good service. I like the property location. I like the price point. I like the free drinks in the mini fridge. I like the provided toiletries. The AC unit worked really well. Good WiFi service, I was able to connect to work with no issues.
Doors were slammed by other occupants of the hotel (random). There was only one TV remote for 2 TVs, and the remote wasn't functioning for the bottom TV. I wish there was some kind of light, breakfast items or snacks provided at no charge.

Charming hotel, where the cleaning is spotless, and regarding the location, it's extremely close to the Champs Elysee Avenue. Undoubtedly, it's one of the best places for those who need to save some bucks and stay in a terrific hotel

Perfect location at a good price. There were a lot of places to eat with a few minutes walk. The room was small but that was expected. Despite being small they are well designed, clean, pleasant with lovely bathrooms and coffee making facilities etc. While there is no bar or restaurant within the hotel, you literally have a dozen cafes and restaurants within a minutes walk, so that suits us perfectly. You basically get a nice, comfortable affordable room with a member of staff on hand 24 hours a day should you need anything.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and adequate but more space would have been nice. The location was amazing. Lots of restaurants around for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Also a small supermarket around the corner which was soo convenient. Will deffo stay again.

Small, friendly, hotel, just off the Champs-Elysées and Metro Line 1. Comfortable, quiet. Plentiful cafés for breakfast etc. Beautifully maintained.
Little storage space or design to make a small room work well. View onto the brick wall of a light well. No breakfast offer (except in-room with nowhere to eat it). Slow wi-fi. Altogether an excellent 3-star hotel but not sure why it's rated 4-star.
