I didnt like the fact there was hidden fee ( a government tax for staying at a hotel even though you have paid for the hotel) I didnt understand why that wasnt included in the price

Exceeds expectation. Amazing customer service. Staff goes the extra mile. Hotel is very well located, about 30 mn walking distance from Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. The hotel is very clean, calm and bed is comfortable. Tube is at 3mn walking (line 3) and connects very well with the whole Paris. Neighbourhood is very safe.

I loved the complimentary syrup for your water, ice and candy. I love sweets so I thought that was a good touch. I didnt realize it was 4 star when I booked it and loved this boutique hotel!
The only con was the bed was a little worn out and sunk in the middle but the room itself was fabulous! The area is great as well, very safe, and decent distance from Arc de triomphe as well. Ill miss this place

Close to good restaurants and an RER station if you need it.

I stayed with my mom during our vacation in Paris. The hotel was amazing; the rooms were clean and fully equipped, the beds were super comfy and the breakfast was delicious. The strongest point was the staff, everyone was very helpful and polite.
