Hotel is located two blocks from the metro station. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was fantastic. The rooms were simple, clean and had everything we needed.
The beds could of been a bit better as they were very soft. Although the area can seem a little scary at night for some, we didn't have any issues.

The rooms are clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice.
The hotel is close to Sacre Coeur (11min walk) but the location has no restaurants nearby. There is a supermarket next door though.

The staff was nice and breakfast was great.
The room was not clean. There was blood on the sink, a towel was already dirty before we even used it. The bathroom door was filthy. The area of the hotel was scary, dirty and full of graffiti. We did not feel safe, we heard people shouting and talking most of the night from the street.

You have as always in Paris very small rooms. We traveled as 3 2 adults and a 1.5 year old child.. the first room was too small for us three so the nice receptionist gave us a twin bed room instead. We appreciate her kindness and understanding.

Very clean property and good breakfast with a lot of variety of food!
Location is good for the metro station, however, nearby neighborhoods could be sketchy at night. I wouldn’t recommend walking at night there, it’s better to take an uber or cab.

The air condition.
The photo they posted of the plaza is a deception because it doesn't belong to the hotel; it's from somewhere else. We chose the hotel based on that photo; you can get a much better price for the hotel. The hotel is in a very bad location in a bad area. One of the hotel workers woke us up at 6 a.m. the next day to charge us Citi taxes. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL; YOU WILL BE AFRAID OF IT.

The geographic location is not good, this is a "rough" part of town called Barbes, just note that when booking. The staff and everything was good but location, not so much.

The property itself is very nice, comfortable, nice to also have a bar, rooms are pretty
The location. The only neighborhood in Paris where I actually felt disgusted and unsafe. Going out of the hotel was like going to a ghetto. I don’t see a reason to come to a vacation in Paris and stay in the most scary and dirty area.
