the night staff, very helpful and kind, the black french guy
the morning staff. our check in was supposed to be at 3, we arrive 2:45. they made us wait till 4. then I ask if he could do us a favor for a late check in, or at least a reduction for holding our luggage, for the inconvenience, but it wasn't his probleme. thanks blond guy, you were not helpful at all. and may be think more about smiling to customers and helping them and less in taking cigarette break.
also the share room was awfully but that not on the hotel, just full of irrespectfull people. one guy entering the room at 1 am talking on the phone. one another guy having his alarm at 7am wake up the whole room except the one that own the phone.. and other entering and leaving the room slamming the door at 4/5am

Near to the metro stations and Monmartr. Pleasant and helpful personel. Clean place and room. Bathroom in the room
The room for four women is very small. The space between the beds is very narrow. The photos on the booking site don’t match reality. Everything is older than it looks in the photos. There was nowhere to store my luggage, so I just put it right next to the bed. The area around the hostel isn't very safe; it's dirty, and it's pretty scary to be there. I definitely won't be staying in this area again.

The cleaning lady used REEKING odours one day. Even the window opened fir 2 hours didn't work. It needed three. No place to study if you want because there's harsh music in the lobby until 18h00, and this is heavily air-freshened as well.

Although the staff was nice , but overall I had a terrible experience there. When arrived, there was no water or tea or coffee provided for guests — not like what they have said in the introduction. There was no towel provided. I couldn’t charge my phone also cause the use outlets didn’t work. When ask med the staff about it she said she didn’t know. I have stayed at other hostel with similar price but they were much more considerate and convenient. I am not gonna come back to this place.

Disappointing
The bed was comfortable and I liked that there was an ensuite. The room was clean.
The staff left bedding and towels in the hallways for the whole time I was there. The common areas are not developed for socialising and felt cold. The staff shared very little about the hostel and how things work. I didn't know how to get in in the evening. The front has been under renovation for months and that's not clarified in the description.

The location near gare du nord and chateau rouge is convenient. The bed was comfortable and I liked the curtains and privacy.
The place feels half finished and cleaning wasn’t great. There is no communal kitchen.
