The staff were really kind and sweet to all of them, also you may think it's not really important but there is always cold water in the reception. Also there was really good air conditioning in the room and it's really necessary because of the hot waves currently in July.
The only thing that I hate are the clothes hangers which were really impossible to hang clothes on without falling to the ground.

They cancelled my booking at the very last minute whilst I was on my way there. I had to book a last minute place that costed me triple the price. I was promised from booking to receive a refund for the price difference with the new hotel but have since not received it. Try finding a decent place in Paris for a decent price this last minute. It was all very stressful.

The receptionist was really nice.. She was welcoming and warm and she put on the world cup game for my country which was very nice of her..
beds weren’t the cleanest location was so bad, i did not feel safe at all pictures were not as advertised noisy rooms, there was music playing at 2 am and i didn’t know where it was coming from

The bathroom is very clean, and the room is quiet. Of course it depends on the people you're staying with, but I am 100% satisfied! The location is close to Montmartre area which is really nice since you can visit the area early in the morning. I had some problems with booking.com but the staff were very helpful and offered solution immediately! Shout out to them!

Very clean and modern facilities. Exceptional breakfast for a hostel. Staff very nice. Rooms with phone chargers and bathrooms with shampoos and everything. Metro is nearby and location of the hostel is close to Gare du Nord which makes logistics easy.
A towel is optional and a subject to 5 euro charge
