Carrefour is next door, this is the only thing I liked
The location is dirty and dangerous Next to the metro lots of beggars, dealers, lots of rubbish on the street; I was scared to get back to the hostel after sunset and didn't feel safe The room is tiny, no fresh air whatsoever, it was also very warm in the room at night - no windows, room packed with people. Only 3 hangers for clothes for 9 people; no hangers in the bathroom where to hang clothes and towels No sink in the toilet, after you use it you have to wait for the bathroom to get free to wash your hands No kitchen in the hostel - no option to make tea (only buy for 2 eur), no option to cook your food! A room for 9 people looks like an afterthought - the maximum distance between beds is about 1meter Only 3 lockers next to the toilet had doors, the rest were destroyed Lockers under the bed are also destroyed and are noisy One net bag in the bed was destroyed. No table or chair in the room, literally no space to open your bag, but only to put it in your bed or on the floor (and block the way for other people). It was difficult to sleep: people were slamming the room door till very late at night Behind the room lots of renovation rubbish The reception was not friendly, nobody showed anything , on the second day I found out there was free water to drink. Cockroaches in the room!

The people, roommates were luckily good and place is only clean when you keep it clean. Bathroom only clean when your ROOMATES ARE CLEAN. Laughters and sharing space with what you request! elevator but please keep it always working not just SOMETIMES!
no bathroom schedule, somebody can just be there for over an hour and your whole day is stuck to that! Noise level and there were emergency drills you guys forced us out of bed 3 nights in a row you should give us some partial refunds for that, completely unnecessary and you guys repeated it 3 times what's wrong with you? Did your staff not tell you how angry and frustrated tenants are 3 nights in a row and what our faces were telling you like seriously? Also your cleaners are very lazy and they came in pretend to clean while not cleaned then walk out. They need to at least clean through the bath room and our common share areas. The street isn't safe!

the night staff, very helpful and kind, the black french guy
the morning staff. our check in was supposed to be at 3, we arrive 2:45. they made us wait till 4. then I ask if he could do us a favor for a late check in, or at least a reduction for holding our luggage, for the inconvenience, but it wasn't his probleme. thanks blond guy, you were not helpful at all. and may be think more about smiling to customers and helping them and less in taking cigarette break. also the share room was awfully but that not on the hotel, just full of irrespectfull people. one guy entering the room at 1 am talking on the phone. one another guy having his alarm at 7am wake up the whole room except the one that own the phone.. and other entering and leaving the room slamming the door at 4/5am

Near to the metro stations and Monmartr. Pleasant and helpful personel. Clean place and room. Bathroom in the room
The room for four women is very small. The space between the beds is very narrow. The photos on the booking site don’t match reality. Everything is older than it looks in the photos. There was nowhere to store my luggage, so I just put it right next to the bed. The area around the hostel isn't very safe; it's dirty, and it's pretty scary to be there. I definitely won't be staying in this area again.

The cleaning lady used REEKING odours one day. Even the window opened fir 2 hours didn't work. It needed three. No place to study if you want because there's harsh music in the lobby until 18h00, and this is heavily air-freshened as well.

Although the staff was nice , but overall I had a terrible experience there. When arrived, there was no water or tea or coffee provided for guests — not like what they have said in the introduction. There was no towel provided. I couldn’t charge my phone also cause the use outlets didn’t work. When ask med the staff about it she said she didn’t know. I have stayed at other hostel with similar price but they were much more considerate and convenient. I am not gonna come back to this place.
