Beds are comfortable, even the bunk beds are easy to clumb onto and have a barrier so it isn't scary. The privacy curtain is great too, it feels like a capsule hotel almost. The bathroom is also very nice with a nicely sized sink and shower. Also the location is super good because of metro stations and the basilica being walking distance.
What I missed is maybe a table and a chair in the room. If you get a bunk bed you don't have anything to put your stuff onto while packing or unpacking. Something to work with such as a desk would be convenient. The room felt empty like this and it was inconvenient for us who had the bunk bed.

​I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The renovation work is not yet fully completed, which caused a few minor inconveniences, but the property will be perfect once everything is finished. ​Despite this, the stay went very well overall. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful. A big thank you to the staff for their warm welcome and kindness.

Before checking the reviews, please consider the price for value. Louise and her team are friendly and available at any time of the day. The room was clean, and the bathroom was pretty big and sunny. The location was super convenient for me.
Yes, they are undergoing renovations, but in the entrance and some floors. However, I was not impacted by it in any way. No noise disturbance on my side. The popular neighbourhood might feel stressful for some. In my case, nothing to complain about.

It was close to restaurants and to the subway.
The hostel was not very well organized during my stay, possibly due to ongoing renovations. There were boxes and other items in the hallway near the elevator, and the storage space under the bed was not clean. The shower was also leaking from the side. These were the main issues I experienced.

A few hours before check-in, despite having a confirmed and fully paid reservation, the hostel contacted me and claimed they could not accommodate me. They initially asked me to cancel the booking myself, even though the reservation was non-refundable and I would have lost around €70. As a solo traveller in Paris, this created significant stress and uncertainty as I suddenly faced the possibility of having nowhere to stay for the night. What made the situation even more concerning was that the property still appeared to be selling rooms online for the same dates at a higher price. After numerous messages, they eventually informed me that a room was available after all. This level of reservation management is highly unprofessional and should never happen to guests with confirmed bookings. In addition, the property was undergoing construction work. There was dust and debris throughout the reception area and hallways, which caused problems due to my dust allergy. Early on Sunday morning, loud construction noise and workers moving metal materials woke guests and disrupted sleep. The location is convenient, but the way this booking was handled and the ongoing construction significantly affected my stay. I would not expect this level of service from a professional accommodation provider.
