The room and washroom was clean
We do not have access to control the room temperature It's centralised so every time we need anything we need to go to reception

Clean and comfortable. Showers and bathrooms were very clean as well.
The storage space was too narrow for my bag and also deep so hard to get to things at the very back.

What o like the most on this hostel is the bed ever though its not that big mattress and pillow are perfect. The staff are accommodating and friendly.
I didn’t like is the location when you go outside the hostel there are people sleeping in from of the hotel drunk and dirty near market and it’s dirty outside

The bed was comfortable enough
The location wasn’t good for me, the entrance floor of the hotel was very dirty especially the floors there were literally trash… room service wasn’t good as well and the stuff requested 3 euros from just for leaving my luggage couple of hours

This company doesn’t input feedback, dated in July and August, people have said the locks for the lockers don’t work and that is still the case. One receptionist also said I would receive a lock as it was clear theirs was faulty but I never received it. I was also told by one receptionist I could put a small item in the fridge and when I brought that item in, another receptionist said that I couldn’t. They charge 3 euro per bag for baggage storage, the storage under the bed barely had enough room for my carry on suitcase to slide under, they don’t publicise this but there’s a chance of getting a bed 3 levels up!
There’s no kitchen or fridge, just a kettle and microwave.
