The room was lovely in all aspects and the breakfast was the best I have had in a hotel for a long time! The lady in the breakfast room is charming and the welcome was very friendly each morning. My request for a taxi booking was met very swiftly and efficiently. Very helpful reception desk.

The hotel is located very close to the Chateau Rouge metro station and also the bus stations. The main road lying in the front side of the hotel is very vivid and full of shops,markets etc. The staff keep the room clean each day without asking. The staff is also very friendly and helpful such that i would like to thank to the main lady at the lobby especially. All in all, it could worth for short stays of solo travellers particularly
The walls were humid always and when i’ve inquired about the reason, the hotel officer lady has stated it is due to the rainy weather on the 1st day of my visit but it keeps getting humid during the following days. The bathroom could have been designed more discreet and modern as well. By the way, sex workers are hanging around the main street until the late hours lining up very close to the hotel which might cause noise

The hotel is amazing. Good conditions, good breakfast, good staff members. Clean, comfortable bed. It was quite from 5th floor where we stayed.
Awful location. The only good thing about this location is that the metro station is behind the corner. A very bad area for such a good hotel.

Hotel is located two blocks from the metro station. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was fantastic. The rooms were simple, clean and had everything we needed.
The beds could of been a bit better as they were very soft. Although the area can seem a little scary at night for some, we didn't have any issues.
