The staff were really friendly and helpful. I could not have asked for a more pleasant, lovely and understanding reception. They kindly helped me ship some items that I could not carry back, going above and beyond their services. The room was clean, beautifully furnished and very comfortable with a peaceful view of the courtyard. The location was perfect. I will definitely stay here again :)

Convenient position and excellent value for money. The double glazing worked brilliantly and the heating/air conditioning was easy to alter. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was good with a shower over the bath.
The breakfast waitress was really helpful and good natured. It did get very busy at times and she should have had some help.
Breakfast lacked fresh fruit, decent muesli, plain yogurt. This time of year there could be much more choice for fruit. Bread wasnt that fresh. I broke a tooth chewing my way through some baguette!
The reception staff were not interested in making conversation!

The location is great. Just three blocks from Place de la Bastille. Many dining opportunities in the neighborhood. Easy to reach the Mtro station or just walk to many locations.
