Staff was fantastic, as well as the location. Olga upgraded me to a Junior Suite which made all the difference I believe. Everything very clean. Breakfast good as its limited for such a hotel but very acceptable overall.
Honestly I cant think of anything. Great price . Well done Best Western.

Very close to all Paris main attractions, beautiful street view and good breakfast.
Rooms are a bit small. There is a pub on the other side of the street and drunk people can be heard shouting at night on weekends.

Perfect location: nice neighborhood, shops near by. 20min walking to Jardin des Tuileres and Louvre. 5-10 min to Garnier Palace. Metro stops 5-10min as well ( metro Madeleine and Havre Caumartin) . Hotel itself very cozy. Very warm room, nicely decorated. It was a pleasure to be coming back to a hotel , like coming back home . Very comfortable beds, quite sleeping at night , couldnt hear neighbours . Robes,slippers in room. High quality towels and cosmetics. Heater in bathroom worked very well , all our clothes after rainy days dried up instantly. There was an iron with ironing board in room. Also NEspresso machine with capsules reffiled everyday , tea making corner. And biggest compliments for people working at a hotel . Very friendly , smiling and professional people . All of them spoke english very well , it was really a pleasure to meet them .

Location and nice cozy rooms. Value for money.
When we came to room the inside is little bit stuffy. But when we opened the window this would be fixed in 5-10 minutes. Otherwise everything is perfect.
