The hotel is situated in a beautiful area, accessible to public transportation, and a walking distance to main attractions.
Even though the room is small it has everything you need, with a Nespresso coffee machine. It's pretty and clean and the bed is super comfortable, the bathroom is spacious for the room size.
But what make the hotel exceptional is the staff, everyone was caring, informative, and professional. I learnt that their staff work long hours but only 4 days per week, and everyone has a long weekend for 3 days, I think a business that treats their employees fairly should always have our unwavering support. Thanks to everyone, especially Madison, who helped me to get to the train on time, and even offered us water for the trip.
Looking forward to staying at the hotel again soon.

It may technically be an American chain, but it feels like a European boutique hotel. Like most of Paris, the rooms were small, but no trouble for 2 people to move around. More importantly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and nicely decorated, with modern bathroom fixtures. The staff members were very friendly, welcoming, and super helpful when we had questions or needed recommendations. The location is fantastic - close to Gare St. Lazare, and an easy walk to the Galleries Lafayette, Palais Garnier, the Siene River and even the Eiffel Tower. But it's on a side street, with a lovely park on the next block, so felt quiet and tucked away. I would love to stay here again.
Nothing. The rooms and elevator are on the small side, but that's what I expect in Europe and don't mind it at all.

Great location, super staff, very clean, had a bathtub for a nice post-touristy-walk soak! Although we didn't partake, the breakfast looked like a pretty good deal compared, pricewise, to the local brasseries. And there was a useful full-length mirror.
