The location was excellent and it was in an area with lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel was locked in the night with a bell system for entry which made us feel secure.
You could feel the vibrations of the metro every 2/3 minutes which wouldn’t stop us returning but did take a bit of getting use to.

The location
There was a nightclyb fight next to it, so we couldn’t sleep, which was not okay.
Also, there was mold in the room, which isnt even legal. Considering to making a complaint to Paris tourist department .

Staff were helpful with our issues.
Radiator was on full blast in bathroom and could not be turned down or off. Like a sauna!
First night there was a rave on in adjacent building from 12pm to 5 am. Could not sleep it was so loud!
Moved to another room for following two nights only to find loud music and screaming and shouting from revellers in the main street until 3am!
When i read bed and board i don't expect the bed to actually be a board! Very firm and not comfortable at all.
Hot breakfast options very basic and minimal.

Perfect location if you want to check out the passages and very close to the Opera House.
No lift to the 5th floor. BUT it was an efficient room, you get a view if the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur.
