The inside room is good enough for me.
The hotel has several rooms just opposite to the public door, in the night, if anyone come in or out, it will be a huge sound like an earthquake, making you cannot sleep. Unluckily, I got one of these rooms and I cannot sleep at night.

Last minute booking the staffs as fantastic and the room and bathroom were large it not the fanciest place but it’s a great clean comfortable stay located close to metro line and nice restraunts I would definitely stay again
There was a weird buzzing sound happening on the 5th floor but it was pretty faint and we didn’t notice it much

Located in a very busy central part of Paris
Downgraded to a room so small I couldn't both open by bag and walk through the room, couldn't turn around in shower without bumping the lever and turning off the shower, sliver of a window, and next to a nightclub with vibrating base. All for around $225 / night. This stay was akin to a jail cell, or ascetic convent room, or maybe a throwback to 19th century Paris tenement building. Full disclosure they offered me 25% discount on my next stay. But why would I want to come back here?

The staff were really attentive, kind, and tried to do their best to accommodate us as best as they could with what they had.
Rooms need serious renovations, and pest control services, as we had little ants in our bathroom.

air conditioned
after staying at the previous two Booking.com places which were HOTEL DU MONT BLANC and HOTEL Chopin this third HOTEL was a real disappointment!! dark long halls that were dangerous for two seniors, with two steps that were not well lit and carpet that was visually not good and doors that were heavy and hard to open

Location was fabulous! So many cafes, bars & restaurants in the area that are open day & night! Galerie LaFayette is only a few blocks away! Metro station right outside the hotel!
TV did not work & after 2 days of complaining, they moved me to another room (no help with move). In the new room, the bathroom sink would not drain! I complained & complained but hotel did not fix sink! Disgusting especially for $---- for 4 nights!

The only thing good about the property is the location
The double room was very small and felt unsteady, almost like being on a rocking boat. The wooden floors were cracked, making it uncomfortable and even risky to walk barefoot. The room was extremely warm, and unfortunately, there was no air conditioning. Thankfully, a kind man from reception brought us a fan. The window couldn’t be opened just a little—it was either fully open or shut—which made us feel unsafe leaving it open overnight. There was no fridge in the room, and the bed was very uncomfortable. Overall, this was one of the worst stays we’ve had. Aside from the location, it definitely wasn’t worth the money.

Great location.
The heating was not possible to adjust so it was very warm in the room. The evening staff was not friendly. The room felt very used up.
