AVOID AT ALL COST!! Honestly the worst ever experience. I've traveled several times to Paris, and Best Western ruined my trip staying with them.
First day when we arrived, the room is leaking water and ants everywhere, we then ask the staff if we can change a room, any room, the staff refused and said it's fully booked. Later we found out the bathtub drainage was also blocked, so we asked the staff again, then suddenly he said there's available room.. after making us struggle unnecessarily for three hours.. Why lying to us at the first place? The room condition is unacceptable.
No compensation, no explanation, no refunds, nothing..

Close to Galeries Lafayette. But all other monuments were two metro rides away. Breakfast was very nice and coffee good. The ac worked. Boullion Chartier was around the corner.
There was only one electric plug and we had to put cell phone on the floor to charge them.

The view from the hotel room was incredible. I could have looked at that all day and not been bored
The room itself was dated and the hotel was a little all over the place. It’s very dated but in central location so it did the job for me

the location was amazing
while we were out of the room, the cleaner came and changed our bed.but with that stole my pyjama…i asked the staff about it and they never answered my problem. i am very dissapointed beacuse it could be something else more valuable that they stole rather than just the pyjama set and i wouldnt know it.

Excellent location, 30 minute walk to US embassy which was convenient to us. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area too. Front desk very helpful. Breakfast food and drink choices ample!
Some of the staff were handling the clean cutlery in the part you would use to eat… not very sanitary, they could have just used the handles of the cutlery to place them on the tables.
