We had such an amazing stay here and I’d honestly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris!
The staff were incredibly kind, lovely and helpful throughout our stay, and the rooms were really clean and comfortable. We also loved having access to the lounge for snacks, which was such a nice extra.
The location is brilliant and makes it so easy to get around and see all the main sights in Paris. There’s a Metro station for lines 8 and 9 literally right in front of the hotel, which was so convenient. It’s also walkable from Gare du Nord, making it a great option if you’re travelling to Paris by Eurostar.
We had such a lovely experience and would definitely stay here again!

Disappointing
rooms were very small but location was great. Breakfast which we paid for was not the best. The staff at reception were good but the staff that were in charge of breakfast were not very friendly - overall experience at the hotel was not the best.
The rooms could be bigger with a iron board. The staff should be better with speaking English and better in providing site seeing information.

Room was beginning to show signs of wear and tear and could benefit from a refresh but was otherwise clean and comfortable.

Location and cleanliness
5th floor has no lift and I have problems climbing stairs and it was difficult with my luggage. There was no pre questions to suggest that a lower floor would be better. Telephone in room not working. No iron and you had to go down and get it which with the lack of lift made it challenging. Kettle was faulty - lid opened when boiling.
