The location was excellent, really easy to get to the Metro and Roissey Airport Bus, felt very central and easy to get anywhere in Paris. The bed was really comfortable and large.
The room was quite old and run-down. Screws fell out of door to balcony, the cupboard door to fridge was rubbing on floor, the plug in the bath was faulty, the lights in the bathroom, one was not working and the other flickered all the time. The shower rose was over bath but you had to hold it.

Views available from floor 3 onwards. Lift available.
Breakfast is expansive (paid for) Beds are comfortable, TV and kettle in room. The hotel is situated in a wonderful passage with old book stores, the wax museum (didn't visit) and souvenir (better prices than in vicinity) store is opposite.
Has USB charging points.
2nd floor room, with malfunctioning a/c; engineer less than helpful, nor reallocated a room. Receptionist merely advised "draw the curtains" and allow time to cool (May24- had 20C) a/c lowest was 18C! Large French window opened, then noise from road!
(others in family had cool rooms on 1st /3rd floors).
The French stereotype was in full force for customer service!

Great location . Comfortable room and helpful room staff. Close to metro and walkable to the river and into the Montmartre area.
Surly receptionist didn't hide distain for us not taking the breakfast option. The same member of staff tried to charge for breakfasts and city tax when we checked out despite having already paid for when we first arrived. No humility was shown when the facts were established. He was the only experience we had of the superior Parisian reputation in all our time in the Capital

I absolutely loved my stay at the Best Western Ronceray Opra. The location is perfect, just a few meters from the metro, making it easy to get around the city. The neighborhood boasts a wide variety of cafes and restaurants. The staff is friendly, and the room was clean and quiet.
Everything was perfect, but there could be more space to accommodate clothes outside of the suitcase. More closets are needed. But it is a small detail, the hotel is great!

Location is great, but thats it. Rooms are very small and dated, but worst not very clean and the elevators and fire blocking doors are quite loud so we coulndt sleep well.
Staff is very rude, a little smile could help:-)

it was located in a great spot -- about a 30 minute walk from the central tourist district (Louvre, etc.) in one direction and same distance from Montmartre in the other direction. Shopping and restaurant options around the hotel were good. Safe place. Dark curtains kept it dark for sleeping. Big cabinets for storing clothes, luggage, etc. Fridge. Wifi. The Mezzencore restaurant across the street had amazing schwarma and falafel, and Cafe Zephyr had great hot chocolate.
The room is definitely not spacious, but it's great if you're not planning to spend a lot of time in your room. Which, while you're in Paris, I can't see why you would want to spend a lot of time inside a hotel!

Location
The room we stayed at and the inconsistent breakfast content were below our expectations. The staff lacked communication skills and didn't inform the customers. For example the gates of Passage Jouffroy in which the entrance of the hotel is located, is locked at evenings and you have to find a tiny bell to contact the reception to have the door of the passage opened remotely. The customers are not informed about this process at the check-in process. Some of the rooms has two floors (one of them is a small mezzanine) connected to each other with steep stairs (13 steps). The bathroom is downstairs while the bed is located on the upper floor. This poses a number of difficulties to customers, especially during the night. This is again an information that is not provided at the reception during check-in.

Clean room on the smaller site but definitely acceptable/ normal for central Paris - room 324 has a superb view of Sacre Coeur and a generous bathroom. All major sites are within a 20-30 min walk. Friendly helpful staff. Felt safe in the evenings in slightly busy area of Paris due to the locked entrance gate.
Nothing really, good for a touristy stay in Paris due to excellent cetnral location. A minor comment would be that there were only French TV channels....

Near to tourtic places
Enterance is inside a passage and passage is closed at nights.The doors are locked for Passage enterance.There is a ring at Passage doors but if you dont know french and if you dont understand the "magic word" you will stay out,true story. We had a flight very early and requested a taxi a day ago and they said they will help for sure. While we were checking out, they said they couldnt make it and you are own your own. When I compare the service I got and the payment I have done, I believe there are better choices.

Fantastic location, with plenty of bars, shops, and restaurants on the street. Metro station right outside with access to most of the lines. Friendly staff & generally comfy rooms
Very loud at the weekends. The hotel is above a bar which is incredibly loud. We were on the 5th floor & were kept awake on Friday & Saturday night until 4am with the loud music. Take ear buds! The hotel is right above a metro line too so can hear rumbling throughout the day but I didn't think it was overly noticeable or a distraction. The hallways /rooms next door can be loud too.
