My room was next to the entry doors and the room is not properly sound insulated.

The location is great. Really good cafes and restaurants around and pretty walkable (30mins) to le marais, Lourve, 2/3arr

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the location is great for visiting all the main attractions, either by foot or by metro. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, both the bedroom and bathroom were good sized. After 2pm you can help yourself to a range of drinks and biscuits which was very welcoming after a long day sight seeing.
Our room was at the front of the hotel and we could hear noise from the road (cars, pubs and restaurants). Parts of the room were a little tired.

Breakfast was limited with the choices.
Location was good, and the price was responsible.
The Roms did not have much sound proofing. I could here very clearly the person above moving around which kept me up on the first night. I then got earplugs for the rest of my stay. All the doors seem to creek when opening, even the wardrobe door.

Reasonably well located hotel. Convenient for main line & metro. In an interesting historical building in an area with plenty of restaurants.
Had 2 double rooms. Furniture mostly damaged with doors hanging-off. Room safes had both been destroyed & therefore no in-room security. Neither room was cleaned during our stay nor was there any replacement of consumables (towels, drinks etc.)

Location was fantastic - we don't mind walking, so it was very walkable to a lot of sites. And, without wanting to walk, easy access to bus and metro stops.
Beds were not as comfortable as I would have liked but slept fine, and the rooms were bigger than I thought they'd be, so felt that the value was great for the size and location in Paris.

The location is amazing, and the I love the wood rooms, makes it feel so cozy! Staff is accommodating and hotel breakfast is good and convenient. Really good instance hot chocolate, too :)
There is very large obnoxious print of the Eiffel Tower hanging in room next to the mattress and it strips it of the charm of the hotel. I think if it was for example a solid red square, would be much better and contribute to the vibe of the hotel + city. The shower drain is not great either but probably from old plumbing so it's okay!
Also, as an American, and it being a Best Western I do have an expectation for room water bottle to be replaced every morning during maintenance but also it's not a big deal.

???Careful, it's a scam. They sell nice rooms but when you get there it's a completely different ugly dirty ruined room. We immediately had to pay for a second room and booking customer service didn't help us with that. Absolute disaster

Room was warm and bed was comfy. Bathroom clean and shower was good - good pressure, hot water came straight away. Quiet from street noise at night.
There was hair in my bed sheets - but housekeeping was sent straight away and changed the sheets for me and also provided additional duvet which was good
