great location, love the free coffee machine. Just what you need to put your stuff down and go explore the city. Great places for breakfast all around.

Location was key, so many cafes near by, close to everything. No need to buy breakfast. Great neighborhood close to Metro. Free coffee. Really nice assistant manager.
Young kid behind the desk said check in was at 3pm no exceptions and told me I was in Paris which I had forgotten. He didn't get the memo, everyone is nice in Paris since the Olympics. Also room had a sewer smell at times. Manager will look into it.

The location was good , but don’t expect a lot when it comes for the room spaces, the view and the facilities.
It’s a good place if your budget is limited but I think you can find a better options for stay but may be the location will be a bit far from the downtown.
The room was too small, almost all the spaces were too small.

The room was very small even by European standards. There was no Air Conditioning and No fridge during an extremely hot spell. The bed and bedding was very uncomfortable.

The location is highly advantageous, as it is surrounded by various amenities, including markets, pharmacies, and a wide selection of restaurants, making it unnecessary to bring toiletries. The area is known for its vintage shopping options and offers an affordable and safe environment primarily frequented by locals working in nearby eateries. While the continental breakfast may be somewhat pricey, numerous dining options exist. Additionally, the location provides convenient access to the 9 metro line, which offers direct transportation to the Eiffel Tower.
I’m not certain if it’s related to the city’s plumbing system, but there was a noticeable moldy odor in our room, which detracted from the overall experience. The amenities offered at the accommodation were somewhat basic; no laundry service or iron was available, so I highly recommend packing your own iron to ensure you can manage your clothing. Additionally, don’t forget to bring an outlet adapter, as the room's electrical outlets may not accommodate all devices.
We were assigned to a room on the 7th floor, commonly called "the chambers." The rooms here were relatively compact, which may feel cramped for some travelers. However, we found a laundromat located juost a block away, which was very convenient during our stay and helped us manage our laundry needs without much hassle. While there were a few drawbacks, the nearby laundromat was a welcome resource.
