- Excellent and convenient location - at least 3 metro stations nearby, supermarket, restaurants and bars, buses and boulevards to all important points, such as the train station, Montmartre, Opera, Louvre, Passage and Republic Square.
- Clean, comfortable bed.
- Nice staff
- There is an opportunity to leave your things after checkout.
- Shower in the room - Be prepared that your classic simple room may have a shower in a room with frosted glass, and if you are not travelling with a partner, it may not be comfortable. In the photo of this particular room, I did not find comfort in it, it is so-so.
- Air conditioner/window - At the end of August, there was a comfortable temperature in the room with the window open, but you can't sleep with it, because the street is noisy from emotional passers-by and cars driving by until 5 am. But the air conditioner is opposite the bed and blows right in your face, so it is also not comfortable to sleep with it.
- Hairdryer - it is listed in the list of things in the room - we did not have it.

Great location, it took me a long time to decide where to stay in Paris but was very happy with my choice.
Room size was abit laughable. We could only open one of our 2 suitcases because the room was so small. Very hard to move around for 2 people

The location was good , but don’t expect a lot when it comes for the room spaces, the view and the facilities.
It’s a good place if your budget is limited but I think you can find a better options for stay but may be the location will be a bit far from the downtown.
The room was too small, almost all the spaces were too small.

The room was really small, impossible if you have big luggage. The walls are very thin and you can hear all from the other rooms and hall.
