Room had no closet no drawers no information sheet. Didn't say how to reach desk phone could not be used to call out Shower almost flooded room,bad drainage.v

* Very friendly and helpful staff.
* Excellent location near the Opera, with many attractions, shops, and restaurants within easy reach.
* Very clean and well maintained throughout.
* All special requests and additional inquiries were handled exceptionally well.
* Luggage storage was available and very convenient.
* Beautiful, stylish rooms with a welcoming atmosphere.
* Cozy and comfortable, with sufficient space for two adults and a baby.
* The room was quite noisy, as we could hear almost every footstep and movement from the guests staying in the room above.

Convenient location near public transport and restaurants. Very near the cupboard passages, which are a fascinating attraction and wonderful shelter when the weather is stormy.
A few modern improvements would help. Charging jacks for example. Umbrellas to lend to customers. With a with the hotel name on them for publicity purposes!

The hotel fulfill all our expectations. Location in the heart of Paris with easy acces to metro network. Our room was great, most spacious than many hotel rooms in Paris for similar hotels. Clean and prompt services. The staff were very efficient and supportive. Nearby you can find a various range of bistros and cafe. We will come back for sure and we recommend this property.

Great location near metro stations, covered passages and restaurants. Staff were friendly and accommodating when we needed to drop off our luggage and use the washroom before check-in. Room was spacious, bed was big and comfortable. Had an elevator, air conditioning and a great shower. Would stay here again.

Very nice - we stayed here for out first night in Paris. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is good, lots of great food spots around. the Balcony view was quite magical in the mornings. Room is humble with shower at the end of the bed but we found this super fun and quirky! Shower was nice clean and powerful!

The hotel is in an excellent, central location. The staff were lovely as well. The breakfast is quite good - it has a decent selection to start the day off nicely.
The housekeeping seems inadequate.
I had a double room which was very small with stained curtains and stained decorative pillows. You couldn’t open the toilet door fully because the bed was in the way.
My bed also did not have sheets that fit properly, so at night my feet were on the bare mattress topper. I did speak to reception about it, but it was never handled.
The in-room tea and coffee amenities looked quite old - as if they’re never changed out if a guest doesn’t use them. As a result I didn’t use them either because they seemed old.
The housekeeping also never refreshed basic items like the toiletries or toilet roll during the stay.

The best location with a great view of the Basilica from our room, lots of restaurants and bakeries around.
Paris hotels are always expensive and quite small. This one was small but comfortable and so well located it didnt matter.
