Location
There was no breakfast it was a lie. Hotel was under construction and uncomfortable. Also bed bugs are part of your stay with no compensation. Beds are very low like sleeping on the floor. Paid $2000 and no reimbursement. Staff did nothing to help find a new room...so we had to leave in middle of the night and pay for new hotel. Lost so much money and nobody cared.

Staff were friendly, air conditioning was great and a good area not too far from everything worth seeing.
Plugs for sink & bath dont fit in plug hole. Bed was too small for 2 people. The shower/ taps would sometimes take a while for hot water to come on.

The location was perfect, the staff was all very pleasant
The only thing was the height of the tub/shower, it was approximately 6-8 inches about my knees. Quite a feat to climb in and out of

Its location is a little way away from the river, but you are close to some delightful restaurants. The property itself is nothing special, as the first floor buffet area was closed off for renovations.
The tired rooms and bathrooms. The exorbitant prices for water and anything else from the fridge in the lobby.
