The breakfast was amazing!!! Nothing that I could expect. The stuff were wonderful and helpful
The location is 6/10. Lot’s of strange people. So in the evening took taxi. The room looked different in photos than in real life. The bed was small The shower water pressure can be better. The cleaness 7/10 I wouldn’t say it’s 4*. Maybe 3*

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and quiet. Like all the literary allusions, but then. I'm a writer.
Breakfast offering could be improved. Freshly-brewed coffee would be very welcome, though the coffee shop round the corner compensates.

The staff were wonderful! A big shout out to Sophie at reception who was so very helpful and kind. The hotel was very clean. The bedroom was small, but it is Paris after all and we were not expecting a huge room. The area was not overly pretty but the Metro was a 5 minute walk away so very easy to get where we wanted to go.
The area wasn't the best but the hotel was great.

Some of my business is near the Arc de TRiomphe. Some other hotels are closer for that.

Good location. Very clean.
Small room. Not well sound proofed. Very dark/ poor lighting. Safety deposit box in awkward location and kept breaking so had to get staff up to fix.

The staff was very friendly, the food was good, it was clean, I got all the facilities I requested - heater, iron. The location is awesome - walking distance to city center, safe cute neighbourhood, good for running.
The ceiling is very low - 2.10 meters, and if you're tall it's an issue. Also the room was very tight - for a tall man with wide shoulders this was a problem.

The properity is modern, the literary concept applied to everything is really great. Each floor and even room has a different name based on Rimbaud's different poems and everything has a cozy and sophisticated vibes. There is great attention to detail overall. I liked that it's really close to the netro station which is well connected to all the main points of interest from Paris. Also, my room was fairyl small but comfortable, again really great design, I also found some books of Rimbaud which I appreciated. You also have a tiny gym that you can access and you can fill your bottles with water for free.
Firstly, while the location is fairly central, close to the metro station, the area surrounding it, especially the street going towards the Gare du Nord is truly sketchy and dangerous. It is really rundown, you find people sleeping on the streets, graffitis everywhere and tou don't feel safe at all going through there. It is between two metro stations and it just makes you feel rather alert than chill. We were two guys and we didn't spend much time in the area around the hotel, generally going straight to the metro station which helped a lot, but for someone who doesn't want to just use the hotel as a sleeping place, who wants to stay only in its area or is with children I would reconsider this hotel, even though it's great for its price. I am only decreasing 1p bc the area is convenient for getting in the centre of Paris (you can get to Galleries Laffayete for exp in 10 mins) and bc I researched the zone before. Another 2 less important aspects could be maybe that the termostat was set to a certain temperature (18-19 degrees), and we had to at least daily discuss for a change which can be only done at the reception. Probabil it's only a winter problem, but the rooms could be warmer overall. Also, the windows cannot be opened in the bathrooms.

The stuff was super friendly and helpfull in every meaning, They try to help us for every problem we had with our baby. The breakfast was also very good and beyond our expactations, I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends.
