The concept and location were great. Staff was attentive except for one incident with a lady of the staff in the common areas of the hotel. She was very rude. Bed was comfortable.
Unfortunately for a four star this property completely misses the mark. We had a deluxe room which was decent in size but it wasn’t well kept. Broken toilet paper holder, dirty throw over the bed, dirty walls and doors, you could barely feel the AC working (in fact no matter what settings we put, nothing made any difference), lots of dust. In addition I hated the fact that the toilet and bathroom were separate, after using the former one would need to walk to the other side of the bedroom to wash their hands cause the toilet room had no sink (they’re on opposite sides of the room). And finally the water in the bath alternated from hot to cold notwithstanding the temperature chosen.

The staff here were absolutely fantastic—they were so warm, helpful, and always ready with a smile, speaking multiple languages which made everything easier for me. They went out of their way to accommodate my requests, store my bags, making me feel totally taken care of throughout my stay. My special thank you to Mélanie Vandaele. She was one of the most professional hotel managers I've encountered throughout my international travels.
The decor was tasteful and modern, and everything from the bathroom to the TV worked perfectly, helping me unwind easily.
For what I paid, it felt like a steal—the quality of the rooms, service, and location totally justified the 4-star rating, and I left feeling like I'd gotten great bang for my buck.
As an American used to colder A/C, I found it wasn't quite chilly enough at first—turns out it's centrally controlled around 21 degrees, which felt warmer to me, but the management was great about working with me to adjust things and even offered to switch rooms if needed; I'd definitely suggest reaching out to the hotel a few days before your trip if you're worried about staying cool during hotter months.

Front desk was very attentive and definitely improved our stay. Room was nice and clean and the location was very central, close to the metro. Overall had a nice stay in the centre of Paris.
The area where the hotel is situated can feel slightly dangerous to walk at night - not the hotel's fault, just a note regarding the area where its situated..
The pillows could be a bit more confortable.

We stayed here for a short stop before moving on to another country, and overall the experience was very nice. The hotel is small but charming, with great rooms that felt comfortable and welcoming. The staff were exceptionally friendly, which really made the stay enjoyable.
The location offers easy access to nearby destinations, which made moving around simple and convenient.
We truly enjoyed this new experience and only wish we could have stayed longer.

The hotel is close to the metro line, staff was very friendly and supportive, easy check-in and communication, late check-in allowed, and the roomo is clean, good air conditioning
Area feels a bit unsafe if you're travelling alone at night, the building is old but it is clean, no blankets were provided, a little far from attractions but this wasn't a issue

The staff were fantastic. So welcoming. Homemade biscuits on arrival. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice; continental (cheese is fabulous and parma ham, salami), hot breakfast too, fruits & yoghurt, fabulous coffee and hot chocolate, loose leaf teas of many kinds in little coloured teapots, pancakes and syrup you make yourself, breds, pastries...all set out and maintained with care. Long breakfast from early until mid-morning.
Our room (with a bath) was beautiful; Nespresso coffee machine, sparking water wherever you want it, lovely spaces to relax and so quiet. The toiletries smell fabulous too. Handcream and bodywash/shampoo in every room. And the rooms are spotless. Everything is in perfect condition. The location was brilliant. We loved walking out, both day and night, into a lively neighbourhood with lots to look at. We walked to 2eme and 1eme, up to Montmartre. We walked everywhere. But there are buses and Metro too. A fabulous place with fabulous staff and guests from all over the world to chat to.
