A small, boutique hotel in a great location - within easy walk to the Louvre, D'Orsay Museum, gardens, Opera House, etc. Great restaurants and shopping nearby, friendly and accommodating staff and great breakfast every morning. Great value.

The location was ideal and near to the Louvre museum and the Champs-Élysées and other attractions places, the staff were very kind and helpful, the room was clean and neat.

I had a wonderful stay at the Folkestone Opéra Hotel. The location is excellent — close to major attractions, shopping areas, and public transport, making it very convenient for exploring Paris.
The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, and the reception staff kindly allowed me to store my luggage for a few days, which I really appreciated.
it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. My only suggestion is to improve the in-room entertainment by adding a YouTube app or smart TV features.

The location is amazing very close to Opera, shopping and Museum of perfume also great restaurants and cafe around. It is very safe and you are secluded in a neighborhood which has nice bistros and coffee spots to just go down if you like.

The location of the hotel is very good as it is close to shops, cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and a central metro stop.
The staff is personable, professional, and competent.
I would have preferred that the room cleaning be done earlier in the day and not late afternoon. I found this to be inconvenient.

Perfect location, spacious room, and peaceful vibe. Very short walk distance to a lot of main attractions and shopping in Paris, close to multiple metro lines stations, but also not in the middle of noise and crowds, the neighborhood was nice and peaceful, with a lot amazing restaurants. The staff were responsive and friendly.
