The location , cleanness and breakfast was great. Even the staff at the reception where very cooperative and very friendly except for the guy during the night shift very unfriendly and mean. But the ladies and a Moroccan guy during the day where remarkable.

Very close to Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysee, ie 10 min walk. Fantastic transport links to other parts of Paris via, RER, Metro, buses and of course your own 2 feet. Room was small but comfortable, no smaller than other hotels we have experienced in Paris, and probably actually bigger. Bed was very comfortable, and hotel was quiet. Breakfast was included and there was a very good selection of pastries, cakes, cooked food, yogurts, cereals, rolls, cheese and cold meats. There were plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants within a 10 min walk as well as the up market shops on the Champs Elysee.

Rooms are extra small but i think it is normal in Paris. I surprised that they didn’t have slippers, it was huge missing for us. We had to put on our boots

Recently modernized and very well designed. Breakfast is above average. It’s comfortable.
The nice new bath/shower has nothing to hold on and nothing under feet to stop slipping. There needs to be a bar on the wall. The safe is on the floor in the closet and not easily accessible. The bed was too large for the small room although I did upgrade to a larger room.

The location was the only thing i was happy with.
Rooms are not noise insulated. During night, i was hearing the snoring of the neighbour and private sounds. Staff didnt act professionally. Even new room was with smell of wc. I dont recommend this hotel.
