The service of this hotel is truly excellent! I must give them the highest score in terms of service. First of all, when I checked in at the reception, the staff's attitude made me feel very warm and friendly. I hope they can always maintain this attitude (because this will definitely make me consider booking here again when I visit Paris next time).
Secondly, the staff would not hesitate to help me carry my luggage to my room. Moreover, the hotel's cleaning service is very good. They would come to clean the room, change the towels and garbage bags every day, and even help me fold the clothes on the bed neatly. This really surprised me and I'm very grateful to them. It made me feel very warm and comfortable when I came back to the hotel after playing outside.
Other advantages:
The mattress is very comfortable to sleep on.
The showerhead has a large and gentle water flow.

The room was amazing and comfortable. Mimi, Anne and Julie were the sweetest! they were so welcominggg, I added a point it was my birthday and they offered me a free Iced coffee and breakfast, and before leaving we had a wonderful conversation too!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Special thanks to Mimi, Julie, and Marco. Mimi was incredibly kind and helped us check in right away when we arrived at 9 a.m., which made our day so much easier. Julie and Marco were very helpful in carrying our luggage. The hotel is very quiet, with a beautiful balcony, and it’s only a 10-minute taxi ride to the main attractions and museums. The breakfast was also delicious. Highly recommended!

The environment was lovely, the service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. Special thanks to Mimi and Julie for allowing us to store our luggage for five days, which made our travels in France much easier. The hotel's location was perfect, giving us easy access to various attractions. Overall, our stay was delightful, and we look forward to our next visit. Thank you for a wonderful experience. The stay was amazing, me and friend love staying at this hotel. The location and the environment was amazing. The most memorable part was the staff, Mimi was super kind and nice, we were carrying heavy bags and luggage’s, she helped us with those. The staff at the breakfast were also really nice. We would definitely stay here for next time in Parissss!!
