The location is great, just opposite a metro line. Close to Jardin de Luxembourg, bars and cafes close by, safe area.
Our room felt like a broom cupboard, it was extremely small and dark, luckily we are small people but larger people would definitely struggle to move around. There's a kettle and coffee machine in the room but we had to keep asking for milk, the tea and coffee weren't replaced for the next day, we ran out of toilet roll as this wasn't topped up either.

Great location, near the city centre but within easy reach of metros and trams. Lovely restaurant and bar next door for breakfast and an evening drink. Room was adequate, a bit on the small side but just what we needed for our quick overnight stay. The staff were friendly and helpful in organising our room for our early arrival.
A larger room and reception area but that is being really fussy!

Very good location, walking distance to multiple metro lines, plenty of stores and food options.
Neighbourhood felt safe and nights were quiet.
Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Bags can be kept before check-in and after check-out at no cost.
Room was clean and comfortable.
Climate control in the room was great even during very hot days.
The is an odd smell in the room corridors and stairs.

Location is really good with easy Metro access directly outside. Walking distance to Montparnasse. Rooms are a decent size for Paris.
The shower is terrible.

All staff were very polite, all processes were seamless. Our housekeeper was very sweet and kept the room clean and comfortable.
It definitely has a much older/dated appearance than expected but that was okay as it was still clean. We were also expecting a full double bed as we are a couple but got 2 singles pushed together with separate covers etc.
