Breakfast was very good . Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful .
Double Rooms are very small for 2 persons. Single occupancy is more than adequate Shower door in the en-suite will avoid water flowing all across the bathroom!

Good location. The room was very small, but pretty well equipped for the size.
I wrote four messages (with questions related to their weird charges/blocks) before my stay, received ZERO answers.
Extremaly expensive stay, more than twice the normal price.The price didnt include the minibar and breakfast. The bathroom was weird, it was not ossible to stop the water to flow all over it from the bath without laying our towels on the floor.

Reception staff were friendly but always in a hurry to end the conversation. They didnt get our IDs nor explain about the payment process when we checked in and just gave us a note and instructed us to check out the details.
Elevator is too small and old which is quite common in Europe. It wont work properly unless doors in other floors closed so there were instances when we had to wait for the elevator.
Carpets were old, worn out and smelled too.

The location was right near the M4 and the M12 which get you most places in Paris. There are multiple restaurants on the corners surrounding the hotel. There is a pharmacy, a bakery and a general store all very close as well. It was in a great location. The size of the room we got was very large as well. The front desk and cleaning staff were very attentive.
Booked initially what I thought was a balcony room. When we arrived, we were told the hotel did not have balcony rooms. They did upgrade our room since the room we booked was not initially what we thought it would be. There is still a picture up on the hotel's website that shows it has balcony rooms, I find this confusing.

The location was great with easy walking distance to main attractions. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The air conditioning wasn't working for the five days we were there and we were only told when we asked about it. Nothing was done to improve the situation such as a fan. We therefore had to open windows and that raised the noise level from the street.

We liked that it was close to so many shops and restaurants. Really liked our check in clerk.
Very basic furnishings for the price we paid. We were given the wrong room when we checked in so were moved to another room right away. The air conditioner did not work so we had a very uncomfortable night with almost no sleep as there was no other room available. We were able to move the next morning but in the process of packing up and moving everything I popped my SI joint so I had to deal with that our whole stay.
