Location
Short beds, small room could not walk around bed and pass partner. Shower over high bath that was slippery. No water supply and soap in shower ran out after two days stay.
Breakfast offered was very limited with machine coffee, no fresh fruit and limited hot options. Not worth the extra cost

Location is good - especially if you are attending a show or event at Folies Bergère. Bed was comfortable. Extra pillows and an extra blanket were provided in the cupboard. The air-conditioning works well but you can't adjust the temperature so the only option was freezing cold or off.
The person at reception who checked us in was very rude so it was just a bad start to the experience. The hotel is very noisy - you can hear every door close, bathrooms above/beside/below, footsteps, talking from other guests etc. The bathroom was very old, water pressure terrible. Room was dusty. Mold on the curtains in the bathroom. Generally quite run down.

Great location, in walking distance to a lot of spots and close to a metro stop. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, plus some complementary teas, coffee, water. Decent, fair stay in center of Paris.

Great location and nice and clean
We stayed on the top floor which was nice but the lift was out of order so we had to use the stairs all the time which was very difficult.
