The room was clean and comfortable, and all the staff were very kind and helpful.
When my room key card suddenly stopped working, they responded quickly and resolved the issue right away.
Thank you very much for the wonderful stay!

Property is close to the metro, lots of restaurants nearby, quiet, and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and pillows.
Rooms were small but to be expected. Our tv had no wifi signal.

The location is great. A few minutes away from the metro line 7 which gets you anywhere. 15 minute walk to galaries lafayette. Buzzing area. Lots of restaurants to eat. Great great location to get to Central Paris too
The rooms were small. I didn't like that you had to leave your keys with front desk everytime you went out. It felt like we were children and they didn't trust us with our own hotel room key. Never had it anywhere before
