Very Poor
The hotel has a good location, and the double room was comfortable. The housekeeping staff were excellent and provided great service.
However, there were several disappointing issues. The triple room was extremely small, and the bathroom was very old. On our first day, the shower head was removed for cleaning, and we were asked if we wanted to take a shower without it, which was very inconvenient.
The air conditioning is controlled only by the reception, so guests cannot adjust the temperature from their rooms. Our room was also very stuffy.
Breakfast was very basic, and the dining area is a small basement room with no windows, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable.
Two of the reception staff, both blonde ladies, were unfriendly and unprofessional. When I asked for a late check out, one of them immediately said “No” without even asking for my room number or checking availability.
The elevator was out of service one day, which was frustrating after a long and tiring day.
Overall, the hotel is much smaller and narrower than it appears in the photos.
Finally, my son asked for some ketchup, and instead of helping, the staff told him to go and buy it from a shop outside. That was a very disappointing level of customer service.

The location was perfect, with easy access to everything I wanted to see. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience!
The only downside was the room key return policy, which felt a bit inconvenient. While I understand the reason behind it, it was not my favorite part of the stay. Other than that, everything was great!

The man who checked us in was friendly, informative, and professional. He is the reason we paid extra for the breakfast buffet, which was delicious! We hope he is okay. We some him the next day at breakfast. He slipped on the stairs going into the breakfast room and my son helped him up from his fall.
The room was clean with central and cold air conditioning. The shower was a dream! The photo is the view we had outside our window.
The facility is nearby restaurants and shopping too!
If I have to be picky, slow elevators.

Location is good - especially if you are attending a show or event at Folies Bergère. Bed was comfortable. Extra pillows and an extra blanket were provided in the cupboard. The air-conditioning works well but you can't adjust the temperature so the only option was freezing cold or off.
The person at reception who checked us in was very rude so it was just a bad start to the experience. The hotel is very noisy - you can hear every door close, bathrooms above/beside/below, footsteps, talking from other guests etc. The bathroom was very old, water pressure terrible. Room was dusty. Mold on the curtains in the bathroom. Generally quite run down.

Comfortable beds and good lighting. Very helpful staff. Great location near metro resturants and walking distances from Gare Du Nord.
Bathroom door need force to close. Towel rack fell off the door. Maintenance work in room next door so a lot of really annoying banging from 9am onwards. Small room for three people.

We absolutely love this hotel! It is in the perfect location in Paris in our opinion. Easy to get to the metro and anywhere you want to explore in Paris. The staff are five star and the rooms are clean and well appointed. We have returned here more than 5 times we love it so much.

The room was comfortable and the location is fantastic. I booked without breakfast, but at this price point it should already be included in my honest opinion. Overall, I’d recommend staying here and I'd possibly come back.
The hair dryer wasn’t very effective — it took ages to dry my hair, so an upgrade would be nice. I also think some small touches like complimentary slippers and cotton pads in the bathroom would make the stay feel more comfortable. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

This hotel was right where we wanted to be - very close to Metro so we could go anywhere we wanted, and plenty of cafes within walking distance. The room itself was very comfortable - yes it was small compared to American standards but for a room in Paris there was ample space. Front desk help was wonderful and friendly.

We arrived at this hotel and were initially pleased to have two connected rooms, perfect for our family of four. Unfortunately, our stay quickly turned into a nightmare. My daughter, who is severely allergic to mold, began experiencing terrible allergy symptoms. Upon checking the room, we discovered a large mold patch on the wall.
We immediately contacted the front desk, and after their inspection, they moved us to different rooms. However, these were not connected, meaning our family would have to be separated. To make matters worse, when we went to check the new rooms, we found mold there as well. At that point, we requested a refund and left the hotel immediately.
Because of this situation, my daughter felt unwell, and we lost an entire day of our trip trying to find and move to another hotel. Despite sending clear pictures of the mold, the manager repeatedly emailed me claiming it was not mold. The way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing. We have stayed at this brand’s hotels in the U.S. before and never had issues, but after this experience, I would never return to this location.
