Great location and nice and clean
We stayed on the top floor which was nice but the lift was out of order so we had to use the stairs all the time which was very difficult.

Comfortable beds and good lighting. Very helpful staff. Great location near metro resturants and walking distances from Gare Du Nord.
Bathroom door need force to close. Towel rack fell off the door. Maintenance work in room next door so a lot of really annoying banging from 9am onwards. Small room for three people.

It was close to Rue Lafayette
The woman on the front desk was unwelcoming and accusatory that we hadn’t booked appropriate rooms. We were travelling with our adult children and wanted a room with separate beds for them which had been confirmed by booking.com. Clearly our room had been given to someone else and she tried to blame me for not confirming the booking (untrue) then blamed the error on booking.com. The fact that she was unpleasant made a difficult situation worse and we felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable

Room is small, but a good size for Paris. Good location - walking distance to Gare du Nord, Monmartre, metro stations
In December, in the room it was a good warm temperature at the evening, but getting quite cold at the morning
