It's a little noisy, but it's in the middle of an important city. The floors are creaky and you can hear your neighbors, but the buildings in Paris are old, so we have to understand that.

The staff was incredible! So accommodating and helpful. The metro location was within a minute from the hotel. The bakeries and small shops were right by the hotel. The large vendors market that happens in the centre of the block is a true Paris!

I like everything. The staff, location and especially the room is perfect. They are very attention to detail and accommodating. It was my husband's birthday and they gave is the best room with chocolates we really appreciate the gesture.

The location is great and accessible from airport by metro, we also walked to Paris city centre (around 35 min) and it was great. The staff was amazing and very responsive, they considered our request to change the room and it saved our vacation. Desk is open 24/7 and they also offer sweets and tea. The room that faces the street was nice and full of Parisian charm!
First of all the be aware that pictures on booking listing does not exactly match the real room you can get. They only posted the best pictures on the booking. We booked a room with two beds facing the street with nice view (it was on the picture), however when we arrived the hotel gave the room that faces the wall, because the room we booked was not available. The room that we got instead was very small, old looking and it was facing a big grey wall. There were railways behind that grey wall and we could hear trains until 2am every 10 minutes and impossible to open the window. So our first day was ruined and we were very disappointed. We argued at the front desk to change the room and thanks to the staff efforts we got another room with a nice Parisian street view. That room very amazing. So, make sure to request a room with a street view when you book otherwise you may end up in the same situation as us. And if you stay in a room that faces a big grey wall with trains noise it does not worth the same price. At least I recommend to the hotel to post real pictures of other rooms charge a lot less for rooms that faces the wall. Then it will be fair and will create much better expectations for guests. Secondly, be aware that there is no sound isolation in the hotel. We got unlucky to stay at the same weekend there was a rugby match in Paris. We could not sleep between 2am to 4.30 am because there were a big group of rugby supporters guys staying at the hotel that weekend, they got very drunk and they screamed like pigs for 2 hours during the night. It was crazy.

Lady from reception was really nice and helpul her name was Maria. Rooms are nice especcialy our one with balcony, gave us nice Parisian athmosphere . Maria upgraded our room after asking for the balcony . Location its very good just distance walking to Montmartre artistic distinct . Breakfast quite simple but everything what you might want.

The staff at the reception was very helpful and the hotel ha da couple of metro stations nearby, whihc was very convemient.. There is a supermarket nearby, tobacco shops and quite a few restaurants in the vicinity
think the room was too small for a coupl eto stray with luggage and seeing the size of the rrom, breakfast menu, ht etarriff is too high. Cleanliness of the room--carpet is lot left than desierable. Light above the table was not working and the light above the commode in the bathroom was also not working continuously

The room was on the ground floor, off the terrace, so we had access to an outside area, which was pleasant in the heat. We think we were in a room equipped for disabled persons, so it was spacious, and the bathroom was huge! The room was well equipped (fridge, seating, storage space) and pleasantly decorated. We didn't have breakfast, and didn't access the upper floors/rooms of the hotel, so cannot comment on this. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located just around the corner from a Metro station (Rome).
