The location is convenient.
They did not even offer a roll of toilet paper, the shower is right next to the bunk bed, and they didn't even have a little shower mat to step out the shower on.
Not even a little soap! You have to pay to get a towel....in fact, pay for everything!
They advertised "breakfast included", but all they offer is a Madeline and hot beverage of your choice. You have to pay for the bread.
I was extremely disappointed!

One of the staff, the Pakistani fellow is good and accommodating.
most of the receptionist was rude, every question asked to them seems an annoyance, especially the girl with the pierced nose. And why we have to rent a towel instead of just adding it to the room price? : I indicated on the booking that we are a family, I rented 2 rooms but we as a couple was put into a bunker, we suffered for 5 days, my request to be transferred was denied while I booked our stay more than a month ahead.. The steps into the top bunker is too dangerous esp. with the old fellow like me, a small slipped will be a disaster.

The place was neat, the staff were very friendly and it was a good location.
The free breakfast was a small baguette, a small cake, 1 carton of orange juice and some small packets of butter/jam. You could get coffee from the machine. You pay extra for extras like if you want an extra baguette for example.
Even though room was meant for 2, there was only 1 socket which was a bit inconvenient.
On the day of our stay, elevator started to malfunction and so had to use the stairs.
We had to hand in the key every time we left the place even though we checked in after 11 and cleaning was supposed to be in the morning before 11 everyday.

Excellent location in nice neighborhood. Poor breakfast, but enough to start a day.
No soap in bathroom. Also no bathroom door, just curtain. Only one socket in a room.

Able to check in fairly late. Hostel was clean, room comfortable and quiet. Basic breakfast provided. Convenient location for a short stay - near Gare de Lyon.
Hostel information says that people staying must be under 30. I had not noticed this in the booking requirements, but was allowed to stay anyway. I think about a third of the people staying there were over 30! But if this is a requirement, it could be made clearer on booking.com.

24/7 reception, well located in the 11eme arrondissement.
The room had a shower, but no toilet. Also no toilet on the same floor, which was a bit... interesting...

Disappointing
All was fine and as expected. However, please do not send so many useless emails. I recieved about 6 emails saying I could check in online. Even worse that I could check out on line.
