The staff were friendly and welcoming.
The bathroom was spacious.
The location was convenient.
The room was extremely dark.
Even with all the lights switched on, the lighting was so poor that I could barely see myself properly in the mirror.
The dark interior made the room feel gloomy and almost basement-like.
The glass bedside lamps hang very low, so it is easy to hit your head on them.
We had mentioned in advance that we were on our honeymoon. Apart from a drink voucher, there was no other acknowledgment.
Overall, the experience felt surprisingly impersonal for a four-star hotel.

Beautifully presented ! Lovely decor throughout , very glam . Loved the garden. The location was so good ! East to get to buses / metro and such nice bars and shops on the door step . Property worked for us as a family with older kids
Honestly can’t think of anything , the rooms we had were small ( but perfectly formed ) so limited for storage but not sure that is an issue

The staff at the hotel are second to none!! Nothing was too much trouble . I stayed for a weekend with 16 people and everything was seedless. Breakfast was delicious and there was ample choice. Will definitely we staying here again soon.
Rooms are on the smaller side but this is more than made up for by the luxurious style of the rooms, communal area and amazing staff.

The location was excellent, short walk to the metro. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and perfectly formed for a triple room. A gem of a hotel
