The service was remarkable. We had to wait for our room to be ready but the hotel stored our luggage and called when we were able to check-in. Room 55 is a King with Balcony and its absolutely gorgeous. Emmanuel gave us great restaurant recommendations so I bought him flowers from the market as a thank you. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very attentive, and it was a pleasure to speak with such professionals. The great location, tasty breakfast, comfortable beds, and well designed hotel all made our stay even more enjoyable.
Our room was a bit small, but it wasn’t a major issue and next time we would simply book a larger room in the same location.

Room decor was great even though a bit tight in space. Love the courtyard. Great location, a few steps from the Metro. And the staff are all so helpful!
Room can be a bit more spacious. Toilet nook a bit too cramped. But it’s not a dealbreaker.

Disappointing
The team was very attentive and polite. We had a room with a fabulous hammam-style shower and a nice view. The heating worked very well, too!
This was our first stay in Paris, so I don’t have much local context to compare it to other hotels in the city. Still, a few things left us genuinely disappointed.
1. There’s no indoor lobby or common area. That meant we didn’t have anywhere comfortable to sit or wait before check-in or after checking out, other than heading straight out into the street.
2. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. My side felt like it dipped, and the mattress setup was odd, with several layers of sheets stacked on top. I’m not sure what that was meant to achieve, but it didn’t help the sleep quality.
3. When we arrived, we found fake eyelashes in the bathtub. It was pretty disgusting and immediately made us question the cleanliness standards. The staff apologized and offered a glass of wine as compensation.
4. One morning we were woken up at 7am by a loud, high-volume rush of water through the pipes. Again, the team offered another glass of wine to make up for it. It didn't happen again during our stay.
Overall, the staff tried to smooth things over, but the lack of a lobby, uncomfortable bed, cleanliness miss, and incidents like early-morning noise or broken elevator made the stay fall way short of expectations.

The breakfast was excellent. The linens and bed were very comfortable. The staff is excellent- the best part of our stay at the hotel. They were helpful and friendly. They truly made us feel welcomed.
The decor and bathrooms could be refreshed a bit but I would choose comfort over style any. Day.

Hotel is well situated . Rooms are nicely decorated , clean and comfortable .
Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold items . Staff were polite and accommodating .
While it was a good stay , I don’t think I’d be compelled to come back .
The room was extremely warm , minimum
Temperature on thermostat was 21c. No way to Madie it cooler . Had to open window which resulted in 5 nasty mosquito bites .
Things could use a freshening up . Paint in rooms was scraped , carpets were stained . Details like this are important in a boutique hotel .
