It was a good location - not directly in the city itself but close to a metro so we could easily get into the city.
Parking: It can be hard to access coming by car. We couldn’t find the parking garage and then once we found it, there was no street parking but they made us check in before they gave the garage code. It would be handy if they could offer a guaranteed place to park while checking in and/or letting you park in the garage and then come check in.
Our room: my only issue with the room was that the light wasn’t working in our bathroom so we had to do everything with the phone’s flashlight. I assume this isn’t normal, and since we stayed only one night, we didn’t make a fuss about it, but having a working bathroom light would have been much handier!

A group of kids from a school trip have been screaming all night causing discomfort and damaging a door. At 8 in the morning an hotel worker using the drill to repair the door woke us up for the 10th time. It would have been a nice stay if it wasnt for the guests causing noise and how the hotel staff handled it

The recepcionist were very nice!
The cleanliness of the room was not very good,the door jambs were dirty and sticky.The bedding was torn.The view from the windownopened onto another building,where we saw other people's underwear drying in the window.

Receptionist was great and helpful.
Tv was locked and couldn't use smart features. WiFi was horrible and disconnected or didn't want to connect at all.
No greens at breakfast, only eggs and bacon.
