Location and the staff, especially the people at reception and the continental breakfast servers.
Carpets in the hallways and elevator needed to be replaced. Plumbing needed work. Paint was flaking. Wallpaper needed replacing.

The location was good and it is near to metro, restaurants and other activities, staff are good and professional.
The cleanliness, when I enter to the room and rook is filled with water. Atleast before handing to guest they should check and clean the room.

Location was relatively good, the room was better than expected when it comes to the size and the bathroom.
I have bites all over my body same like my husband. We truly believe our hotel room (23) was full of bed bugs as we know this is common issue in Paris. We contacted the reception but the receptionist only looked at us and did nothing. So an entire experience was destroyed with this little issue... we had to immediately wash everything in 60 deg C and now we hope our house won't get bed bugs... when we got out from the hotel there were already 3 mattresses next to bins ... guess what... bed bugs? Terrible.

Excellent staff. Good location, 40 minutes to the Eiffel Tower or the center. Price (at least for our dates). Very close to the metro, lots of shops and restaurants. Excellent value for money and location.
The building is not new. But I want to emphasize. The hotel immediately shows that it is not very modern, if it is important to someone, then this is one question. In essence, you need a curtain for the bath. And also there was no air conditioning, but it was cool at night.
