Nice location
On the website it mentioned parking and breakfast within the price proposed.
Surprise once I arrived to find out that the parking was an extra 35€.
And in the morning once I had the breakfast to find out that I have to pay an additional 9€ for it.
Left with a bitter taste has this increased the cost of the night by 70%

I liked everything. The location is excellent, the bus station is a few minutes from the hotel, the metro is the same. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was clean, warm, the bed was comfortable. I recommend!

Location excellent and to be fair, resonable value for the area. On arrival, I was given a room at a different sister hotel across the street. Entrance and stairway looked very unkempt. Room was clean but very much in need of a coat of paint. In paradox, the bathroom was presented in exceptional condition.
First impressions very poor. If the bedroom and reception area were presented in the same exceptional condition of the bathroom, it would tick every box!

Proximity to the Expo (Porte de Versailles) was ok, walking distance. Bed was ok.
The bathroom was really bad, shower-head did not stick to it's position, no ventilation.

The staff and housekeepers were very kind, polite, and friendly, which left a great impression.
However, the hotel does not match the photos, which seem to be outdated. There are quite a few signs of wear due to age, and the hotel really needs renovation.
Also, for those traveling with strollers and small children, the elevator is inconvenient and potentially dangerous, as it does not stop directly at the floor, leaving you to step onto stairs and climb 4–5 steps to reach the floor.

Just everything worked.
Old, its clean but not clean at the same time cause its very old (90s furniture) and not really friendly staff even for a new year. Wish you to get more modern.
