Excellent service, great location being less than 3 minutes from the metro, clean, single room with a fridge and microwave. I had no issues during my stay. The opportunity cost is excellent considering the price charged, and I recommend it for those who need just a few nights while enjoying Paris.
Just a few minor issues with noise as the hotel doesn't have soundproofing.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Others say they are a budget hotel but cost more than here. This was better than other more expensive places. Nice area and 2mins to the metro. Would definitely stay again.
Some areas of cleaning are missed. The fridge had hair inside and others hair on the bedding. Some rubbish under the bed. However for a budget hotel I was not complaining.

Location is near the metro, which makes it accessible from all parts of the city. Cleaning is not bad, generally speaking, instead of staying in the hostel, I paid the same amount and stayed in hotel, the wc/showers were common, but it is worth the money.

Room was clean and quiet. Location is very near to Voltaire metro station and in walking distance to Bastille square. So the location is very good.
Wifi was very slow - I couldn't see any YouTube videos even in lowest resolution. Bed was not very comfortable and squeaky.

The hotel was only a few minutes walking from the Voltaire stop of line 9. Just follow the metro exit for Rue Sedaine. This is a very basic one star hotel that has definitely seen better days but the staff was nice and the shared bathrooms were clean. I stayed on floor 6 which was the top floor. My room had a mini fridge, a microwave, a sink and cable TV. The mattress and pillows looked new and that might be why I didn't wake up with any bug bites.
The shared bathrooms were on the 2nd, 4th and 5th floors. The stairs were a bit steep and worn and there was no elevator like most old hotels in Paris. The city also has a bad bed bug problem and this can happen at even 5 star hotels but is more likely a problem at lower rated establishments because they have less resources to deal with replacing room furnishings.
To Orly airport i took Line 9 to Oberkampf and changed to Line 5 to Place d' Italie and then changed to Line 7 to Villejuif Louis Aragon. That took 45 mins and cost only one metro ticket or 2.15 Euro. Once you exit the metro you take Tram 7 to Orly Terminal 4. That took 30 mins and required another 2.15 Euro ticket. From The Tram it took me 10 mins to walk and use the free airport sky Tram to Terminal 1. Terminals 2 and 3 are another 5 and 8 minutes walking respectively.

The tourist attractions are easily accessible by foot from the fantastic location. The room was clean, compact, and comfortable. The check-in instructions were very clear and simple, and the staff was quite friendly.
Overall, the area is quiet. However, I had to unplug the refrigerator till the morning because it was a bitnoisy at night.
