Wonderful front desk staff. They were very helpful with our train reservations, in addition to being knowledgeable about the area. Nice room. Elevator to all floors. Excellent location for Gare St. Lazare! Breakfast buffet has great hours. My husband has been staying there for 20 years.
Would have liked more fruit, or even vegetables on the buffet. The was not a lot of variety. Could have used more towels, but I should have asked.

On a really lovely street, close to several stations, restaurants, cafes etc but not noisy at all. Friendly and quick check in. Room was perfect for 3 people. My 20yr old nephew had his own room within our room so privacy for him was fantastic. Main room was huge with a great big bathroom. Shower was clean and perfect. Faced onto the street but even with the windows open the noise was minimal. Air conditioning was a bonus when we arrived as weather was very warm. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and we appreciated the mid stay clean of the room, change of towels etc. We left early on Sunday for sightseeing but appreciate that check out was midday and loved being able to leave our luggage for the day and collect late afternoon. Loved this hotel...

Room was spacious and very clean.Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable bed and quiet. Easy to walk to tourist attractions. We felt safe and welcome.

Nicely furbished, very clean, confortable beds, kettle and free coffee/tea in room. Appreciated the room upgrade. Perfect location to catch a train to Normandy.

Great location - a few blocks away from the Saint Lazarre train station and metro. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and were extremely patient as we butchered the French language.
