We booked at Madame Cadet but received a Superior room in Monsieur Cadet and we were thrilled. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, the AC was perfect in the heatwave, and the King sized bed was very comfortable. We will definitely keep this address for our next Paris trip.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights on our family trip, with three young kids. Location is good. It is quiet. Most of the staff are really helpful. On the date we checked in, they were able to get us a room earlier than the regular check in time which we appreciated the most.
Entrance to the building after midnight could be a real challenge. As a matter of fact, I and some other guests could not get access to the building and out rooms between 12-2am on June 18th due to some sort of a system failure when the guest electronic keys malfunctioned. It took the staff about two hours to find a solution. The room we stayed needs an upgrade. It is clean, comfortable but furnishings looked old. I don’t think it is worth paying nearly Euro 400 per night to stay here but the hotel was actually over booked.

Great, central location! We walked right out and had breakfast across the street at a great little bakery! Room had everything and was very clean. Even had slippers! Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Would stay there again!

Quiet location on a semi-pedestrian street, lots of great bakeries & restaurants walking distance. The apt was quiet, safe, clean & easy access to Metro. You can walk from the apt to popular neighbourhoods. There is a washing machine/dryer on the main reception floor free of charge, which for us was a wonderful perk after an organized tour. The decor is bare basic, but the studio was much larger than we expected for two. Honestly, for Canadians it might seem a bit pricey, but overall after 8 nights we felt, despite the exchange rate, it was a great place to stay while exploring Paris. Our only negative comment is the scheduling of cleaning. They clean every 3 nights but for us it was Night 3 but on Night 4 they cleaned again & after that no service at all & you take your garbage out upon checking out. Not a big deal really. Having said that, you can ask for clean towels or whatever as the staff are accommodating & if you have a problem, they will fix it.

Great location, close to so many bakeries and bistros and shops Very easy to walk to many Paris attractions Our apartment was spotless, well equipped and had everything we needed The hotel concierge/manager was very accommodating, helpful, friendly, and professional.
We really liked everything about the property. I slept on one of the twin beds; the bed was comfortable, but the pillows could’ve been a little more comfortable One morning, I did see a homeless man in the courtyard urinating against the wall

The room is spacious and has some newer furniture. The bathroom is also quite new. The location is very good.
The cleaning is very poor. Spiders web all over the ceiling and windows, stains on the walls and doors, mold just outside the entrance door(the smell was entering the room), rust on the windows. We were given a room (ground floor) that is not inside the hotel, but in an annex right next to it. This was not specified when I made the reservation. The hotel seemed more renovated than this annex. When we arrived the room temperature was set at 18 degrees, while outside there were 15 degrees. The person at the reception (which is in the hotel not the annex) didn't even bother to help me with the luggage, while I was struggling to get 3 traveling bags thru the annex door. I wasn't expecting for him to carry them, but only to help me to get them thru the door of the annex. The doors in the apartment are old and only painted over. The entrance door had a sort of a improvised door mat underneath (which was deteriorated) probably to keep the cold out, but didn't stop the mold smell. Not suitable for a 4 star hotel. The view from the room si partially nice, as you can see some barrels, a rat trap and some old building materials. The staircase of the annex is right next to the entrance door of the apartment and you can hear anyone the goes up the stairs.

Fantastic and quiet location. Surrounded with cafes, bakery/boulangerie, supermarkets and restaurants. 20 mins easy walk from Gare Du Nord. Cadet metro is just around the corner,

The location, the staff & the cleanliness
Not enough hooks/racks for clothes hanging. Studio are great for family but may not be suitable for 4 adults. Great accommodation overall as staff are very friendly.

Fantastic facilities in a very comfortable room. The residence was walking distance to Gare Du Nord as well as to the Louvre and to Montmarte. It is also close to very good bakeries and mini-marts. The kitchen was well-equipped. The staff were very helpful. We hope to be back!
It took us a while to work out how to use the induction hob.
