Fantastic and quiet location. Surrounded with cafes, bakery/boulangerie, supermarkets and restaurants. 20 mins easy walk from Gare Du Nord. Cadet metro is just around the corner,

The location, the staff & the cleanliness
Not enough hooks/racks for clothes hanging. Studio are great for family but may not be suitable for 4 adults. Great accommodation overall as staff are very friendly.

Fantastic facilities in a very comfortable room. The residence was walking distance to Gare Du Nord as well as to the Louvre and to Montmarte. It is also close to very good bakeries and mini-marts. The kitchen was well-equipped. The staff were very helpful. We hope to be back!
It took us a while to work out how to use the induction hob.

The location was amazing! Walkable from the train station Du Nord, and on a cute street with great restaurants. The accommodations exceeded expectations. We were traveling with our infant son and the layout of the room was perfect for traveling with an infant. There were blackout curtains so he got a great night sleep!

Nicely decorated, modern and clean. The location couldn’t have been better.
The shower drain was capped so we experienced a bit of a flood on first use!

Very nice area, on a lively street with restaurants and bars. Yet, the room was very quiet, probably due to the interior yard.
Appartment was big, with everything you need.
Clean, good air conditioning. Nice and comfortable bed.
Good service at reception (even after 6pm).
Checkout very easy (just left key at the entrance).
Good air conditioning, without which it is impossible to sleep.
Good level of security, you need codes, access card to get in, take lift etc.
I recommend this location.
I would have preffered to have a shower cabin rather than a bath, but this is such a minor detail and a matter of personal prefference.

Great location in a lovely street, with good restaurants near by.
The accommodation was in a secluded courtyard, so quiet from road noise.
The property was secure, staff were very friendly and helpful.
We were able to leave baggage prior/post check in/out.
Great to have space and good facilities in the room.
