My room had a horrible smell emanating out of the kitchenette area and since the hotel was at capacity, I couldn't switch rooms. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

Nice room and comfort bed. Staffs are super nice.
the dryer payment need to be fixed. money was taken from the credit card, but the machine was not running. it also won’t stop automatically after the staff manually made it run. also there were some tiny bugs with wings parked on the curtains.

Good location close to a metro line and the Champs Elysee. Rooms have all the amenities you could need. Spacious as well, especially for Paris standards.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from metro, and a bus station right near the hotel. Very kind and helpful staff that helped with every request in the 24/7 reception desk. Spacious, equipped, and clean room. Changed the towels and fixed the bed every day.
The bed can be more comfortable.

Clean, well equipped with kitchen utensils and the apartment is comfortable. For 2 nights’ stay, they’ve even changed and added more clean towels for our family. Larger than usual bathroom. Great location - central but looks quite safe and not many people/businesses around. There is also a supermarket at the corner so convenient.
Directly next to the street so can be noisy if windows are open. But the double glazing is amazing so ok for a bit. May be hot in summer if rely on closing the windows.

Neat and Clean hotel . Our apartment room had all the mentioned amenities . Staff was super friendly , helpful and kind . The gentleman in the morning and both the girls in the evening shift were very kind at the reception. The lady at the restaurant was very warm and hospitable . Five stars to the staff .

We liked the location: very close to Champs Elysses, only 10 min walk. You can find restaurants, bars, grocery shops near the hotel. Overall I really love the hotel. What I like the most was the room: it was spacious, clean, nice view of Paris from the room, it had a small kitchen, big bathroom, all you need was right there. I would totally recommend this hotel, you will love it also!

Room had nice sunlight and was quiet. The small kitchenette was great for breakfast and late snacks as we ate our main meals at cafes during mid day
Sheets fell off the bed. Not necessarily the fault of the bed.

Everything was nice, the location was very close from everything, comfortable beds and nice rooms.
On the walls was some spider webs..and the rooms don t have so much lights and some lights was broken…

love the location and the room space and the staff as well
cleaning this si third times so we know that at least after here days some complementary cleaning must be done as we booked three studios for one week and third times so no upgrade or any cleaning hav even offered
