Walking distance - 10 min.- to the Eiffel Tower , to the Louvre and the d'Orsay Museums and many other attractions.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Particularly clean.
Good value in money.

We needed a last-minute decent accommodation in central Paris for an art project. And that was it.

The apartment is in a very good location and excellent croissants are sold in the house next door. The room is quite small, but cozy. There is no elevator, and I had to go to the 5th floor. Fortunately, we left in the morning and came in the evening, so it was fine without an elevator. We had no suitcases, just one bag. The staff is friendly, answered any questions.
The room is small, you need to be prepared for this. If you have 2 adults and a child, I think you won't fit. If there are several suitcases, it will also be difficult. There is no elevator and the stairs are quite steep and small. But the price-quality ratio is quite good.

The room is tiny but clean and there was some tea and water available.
The glass parapet, supposedly the door of the bathroom which provides absolutely no privacy for anyone using the toilet

When checking in, one of the receptionists printed a copy of my passport (which is normal) and also a copy of my debit card (which is not normal)

What I got was different from pictures line but facility is pretty decent and cosy. The staff are amazingly helpful and friendly. I love the location and proximity to almost everything one needs
