Good location, friendly staff, nice breakfast, comfy bed.
I’m afraid their plumbing smells…when I arrived it was covered up by incense but there is clearly an issue. My room smelt bad.

Breakfast: good selection of cheeses, etc. Not American type. Good tv with English stations. Very comfortable bed, coffee machine with pods. Quiet room. Friendly staff.
No view from 5th floor room in eaves. Small lift.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The staff was so supportive and kind! We had a special request, which was not only satisfied but even more was provided to us, so we were very, very much surprised. The place is excellent - clean, well equipped, comfortable. The breakfast was delicious too. Excellent selection of high quality products, and freshly squeezed orange juice - we never regretted our choice and are very, very grateful to the staff. Will definitely return and highly recommend. I just wish we could stay longer.
