Staff were apologetic regarding the air-conditioning malfunction but there were no other rooms available. We were given complimentary breakfasts for our troubles. It's very close to Gare de Lyon.
The AC in our room on the 6th floor didn't work (on one of the hottest nights of 2025.) We were offered a fan which alleviated some discomfort but not much. The room was ridiculously small for the price paid.

Comfy beds and clean rooms.
Nice breakfast.
Air conditioning didn’t work in one of the rooms so the windows had to be open as it was very hot.
The road noise is very loud.
They did give us a fan.

Spotlessly clean. Great breakfast this morning. Handy location for station. Comfy bed. Nice crisp clean sheets.
Room rather small. Quite hard to find as hotel name is quite small and it's a busy street.

The location was convenient and coffee in the lobby.
The air conditioning wasn’t working properly on one of the hottest days of the year whilst the curtains had been left open all day adding to the temperature. The shower grouting was dirty.

Bathroom was pretty small - no real place to hang clothes if you wanted too.

Big room that was bright and well designed. Breakfast was a decent offer with plenty to choose and freshly made. Very close to Gare du Lyon and the Jardin des Planted is walkable . Super -aimable equipe (Merci!)
Expensive hotel area that offers less per euro than other places in Paris. TV did not work (sound no vision)
