The hotel was a perfect base for the first exploration of the beautiful Paris (on a great location). It was only recently renovated and the room was clean and neat. The metro station is really close by.
The Room was too small for standard living activities, but it seems to be the standard for the city and it didnt bother us because we stayed for 3 nights and were mostly out.

Im familiar with Paris snd have visited more than a dozen times. this hotel is near enough to the areas you want to go but a little off the beaten path which I loved! the staff was so helpful. the rooms are a great size compared to Paris hotels. clean and neat. will definitely go back.

The personell help us when we asked.
The location is very good, at 15 minutes walking from the tour Eiffel.
Near to M12 metro station, 3 minutes walking.
It was clean and warm.
The price 211 euro for three night was the best that I found in the area. It is OK if you want to visit Paris and need a place where to sleep.
If you are in the area don't miss Pizzeria Luigi Pepone (near M12 entry), the pizza is verry tasty.
The room wasn't like in the picture (where the room are lookin very nice).
The only room available was 01, at the ground level, close to the street (a little bit noisy).
The hotel should have less than three *** stars.

The location.
There is bad smell of bed and duvets. The room is not clean and pretty tiny. I dont think the room deserves the price.
