Location of the hotel, in a really nice area, close to Metro station and across a wonderful bakery. Wonderful view from the 5th floor.
You could hear the elevator moving.

Talking to Nadia, the Romanian worker, during Breakfast. Her warm welcome, her drive to serve and to be hospitable, make the whole place feel like we are in a different world of hospitality. I found the rooms well organized for such a small space--the structure means that every bit of space is well calculated for comfort and functionality. The space downstairs is quite pretty and the furniture and outdoors are lovely.
The elevator made a ton of noise and we were in room 503, right next to it. It was banging and clanking so much it woke us up as soon as people starting using it in the morning, unfortunately.

Very helpful staff, convenient room and location
The lift is noisy when in use and can be heard even from rooms on the opposite side of the corridor.

The location was perfect and the stuff were extremely nice and friendly.
There's the usual issue with sound isolation, we had pretty loud neighbours, so sleeping was a bit complicated with all the noise from them.

Very friendly atmosphere. Excellent staff
The air-conditioning system in the room was not ideal - it kept switching off (purposefully as explained on the written instructions next to it) to save energy but outside it was minus degrees, the floor was freezing cold and it was very unpleasant to have the heating switching off by itself when we needed warmth.
