Location was convenient as it is next to the train station, although you will need to transfer to different train lines to reach most of the central locations in Paris. Near to Montparnasse but slightly out of the heavy tourist area, it was a relatively peaceful neighborhood to stay in during the Spring. Nice design and comfortable for a short stay.
The room was a bit small, it was a bit tight for 2 people especially if you are having a longer stay.

Beautifully designed boutique hotel
The rooms are quite small and due to design lack privacy at times
Our sliding bathroom door would stick meaning you had to leave it slightly ajar and thereby lacking privacy
The shower situation was unusual however once the curtain was pulled it was ok
