Location, super quiet and nice rooms
A mini bar and a little more options for breakfast and snacks. Also I dont like nespresso coffee. But the orange juice fruit and mini pastries were great

Had a problem getting in but then could not leave as was worried about getting back in once I had left, nobody replied to my and another guests request for help. Two and a half hours later and many called and emails. Felt trapped and could not do work.

Nice location, handy to everything you need. Room was nice and big too, with plenty of storage space. Bathroom was modern and nice.
Feels more like an AirBnb than a hotel; I arrived mid-afternoon and there was no staff onsite to greet me, all I had was access codes for the doors. The rooms were totally fine; nice and big, with a comfortable bed, but they also felt a bit older and stale. Given the price it just didn't feel like the standard I'd hope for.

The hotel was nice and peaceful. The breakfast each morning was nice - a little cheese board with jams and bread and pastries. The staff was very friendly. I dropped a ring and it rolled under the bed and the staff was sweet in coming up and helping us move it. Super accessible outlets, which was also nice.
Under the bed turned out to be a place I would've liked not to see, really... VERY dusty, as if it'd never been cleaned under before. But at the end of the day, not a huge deal.

Loved our stay here! Would definitely stay again! It's such a great value in Paris! Room was large and staff was exceptional. They gave us a lot of great advice when we first arrived and were so sweet every morning when we came down for breakfast. The location is near multiple metro stops and the room was very quiet at night.
