Room was clean. Very important for us. Room was also a good size. TV worked. Heating was fine. Bed was very comfortable and good size. Handy for the Metro. Thanks to RATP, the price of a Metro ticket to the hotel was no more than it would be to a hotel in the City Centre. Good value for money as most other hotels I looked at were around twice the price. Breakfast was good.
No kettle or tea and coffee making facilities. Maybe this is normal in France, but it is normal in Britain to at least have a kettle. Bath was slippery and my wife slipped and fell. Maybe the anti-slip spots in the bath need renewal?

I stayed at ibis Paris Pantin Église for a business trip and a conference, so I specifically chose this hotel because of its location close to the venue. Pros: - Excellent location — the metro station is literally right outside the hotel entrance, which is extremely convenient. - The room was spacious. - The bathroom was also large and comfortable. - There is a grocery store about a 7-minute walk away, which was very practical. - Housekeeping seemed to be done daily, at least the trash was removed and the bed was made every day.
- There were insects in the room (ants or something similar). Because of this, I had to keep all my belongings and bags closed at all times. - Power outlets are located far from the bed, on the other side of the room, which is inconvenient. - There was no kettle, no fridge, and no basic in-room amenities like that. - The breakfast was poor. The selection included fried bacon, boiled eggs, cold cuts, a few types of cheese, several kinds of bread, a couple of pastries (croissant-style), and scrambled eggs. Unfortunately, the scrambled eggs were very badly prepared, the texture was strange and inedible. - There were no vegetables or alternative food options, so breakfast ended up being just bread and cold cuts every day.

It’s close to the metro, making it very good for getting around the city. There was a black lady who was at the front desk, she was very friendly and helpful.
The rooms were as if we were in a motel (6th floor) the bathroom was very dated, with shower curtains, the walls had a lot of stains and overall just looked like a shabby hotel
