Next to a train station. Great affordable place if accessing city centre on the cheap. Simple convenience.
AC needs upgrading way to weak for the hot climate makes sleep very rough.

The room was not that spaces, but it was fine for our family of 4 with two grown up sons. The bed was very comfortable, even the sofa bed was big enough. The metro station is just outside the hotel.

We spent 5 nights in this hotel, well located, close to the metro station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a quite and spacious room with 2 large beds, perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. The quality/price ratio is unbeatable.
One of the two elevators was not in service for 2-3 days.

One bathroom of two bathrooms was no properly cleaned, Id suggest to avoid the bacon on breakfast - it smelled disgusting. Also, the choice at breakfast is poor

Near metro station ( 50 meters only). Few restaurants and markets in neighborhood Quiet and comfort neighborhood
Although rooms where clean, but smells moisty. 40-60 minutes in metro to reach main parisian attractions. No minibar.

The property is accessible by public transport. Its a few stop away from Gare du Nord and Gare de Iest. The metro exit is literally in front of the hotel. Supermarket is also available in the corner.
The room isnt the cleanest, not the most comfortable of beds either. But for the price, I guess it was worth it. Just dont expect too much.
