I suddenly got the extension of work for more 5 days and I wanted to continue y checkin for next five days by paying the more accommodation fee but staff told me that there is no occupancy, so I must say that if any person is already in the room and they want to extend their stay then they should get the facility to extend their accommodation which usually got disturbed from online bookings I stayed at airport for one night and. Ext day I booked the same place due to being nearest to my work place.

Not informed of how to access wifi. Coffee machine out of stock. QR code in Room...."Oops! Not working!" No information to return late. Door card useless if kept next to mobile. Vans allowed in car park to cook and eat own food. Van drivers walking in and out topless in motel. No wardrobes, just 2 hooks. Bed 1m from light switches. No bedside table. Only small table 30cm above bed to hit face. Bath side panel not fitted correctly. Shower fountain and access in a ridiculous place. Doors require excess strength to open and the majority release them and the noise passes through the whole hotel awaking people. All of these have solutions except the facilities which are just badly designed in the first place. Reception knew but did not inform until l returned to ask. Not good when l had to telephone them late at night and tired.
