Wifi should be free for the fiirst one hour before the need for confirmation of wifi by the staff.
Explanations on how to use the machine for self-chech in should be sent along with booking confirmation. If possible with a YouTube link should be included ahead of arrival for clients who are less tech-saavy and may not have internet on arrival.
I arrived from Paris late in the night and there was no staff on ground and no instructions on how to use the machine. I was stranded for half an hour before a good Samarithan came to my rescue. Above all there was no internet as the absent staff had to approve request for wifi.
Everyother thing was ok.

Price was low
Lack of any staff for most of the day, worried if I needed anything outside staff hours I would be without remedy. Also lights did not work in most hallways and part of the stairway. Fine for a able bodied male but frightening for a female.
