The hospitality of the staff. They gave my daughter a marvelous birthday . The breakfast was good and healthy. The ganes for the kids even when the weather was bad.

Two receptionists manage to do the same error and charged 2 times for the same breakfast. I have tried two times to request for a correction of the error (via direct email and the All Accor site) and the only thing that they did, was to send again the same erroneous invoice. The amount was trivial but it's really frustrating that the back office doesn't even sent a prompt reply.

Dinner choice for kids was very good. Dinner choice for adults was not good. Lunch card was the same as the dinner card for adults. Lamb was almost only fat.

Restaurant tables for 2 people too close together so there was a lack of conversational privacy. We also had a man on the next table watching a film on his phone on full volume!

No good breakfast. Staff was so hurry in the morning. The restaurant is closed over the weekend, and no food is available .
The location is very dull. Overall, stay is not worth for the money
