Very close to motorway. Easy place to spend the night before early trip to the ferry. We just slept here so cant comment on breakfast or staff. Self check in was very easy and worked well. Secure car parking. Room was small but comfortable. Good place to spend the night.
I think someone had smoked in the room before us, was a smell of cigarette smoke.

Location good for trip, modern and clean
The air conditioning machine noise and did not seem to work properly, and pillows had no filling had to ask for different ones.
Mentioned at booking that one person had gluten elegy but breakfast showed fruits to eat, no fruit cooked bacon and sausages looked burned and shrivelled and second day shortage of products had to get something to eat elsewhere.

It is a budget hotel and I did not have high expectations. I was initially sent to a room that had not been cleaned from the previous occupant but this was quickly corrected. Front Desk was pleasant. It is very basic and forgettable - ok for a last minute one night stay when I just needed a place to shower and sleep.
The air conditioning unit did not work and it was too warm in the room. Since the Front Desk does not stay open all night, I had no one to call about this. Given that it was close to 9 p.m. by the time we were checked in and dropped things in the room, there is one fast food restaurant nearby to grab something to eat.
