Loved the apartment.. It's located in a villa next to a beautiful Chateau. Convenient location - 5/10 mins to the beach and 5 mins to the tram (go through the nearby museum's garden) that goes to the airport and Nice Saint-Augustin station (trains to Monaco/Cannes/Menton etc). Beautiful private garden and modern facilities. The owners were lovely and agreed to keep our luggage the last day while we were exploring the city. Will come back again!

Great location with on site parking. Apartment ambience was homelike with luxury feel.
There was a difficult climb for aged guests to walk from the Nice promenade.

Next time we come to Nice, I definitely want to stay here again. Beautiful apartment in a charming setting, great host, everything at your fingertips (i.e. your feet). Definitely recommend to everyone!

High spec, roomy apartment with aircon, kitchenette, bathroom, toilet and lounge. Two small terraces too.
Twin aircon.
The hosts were very helpful and accomodating and made every effort to make our stay comfortable.
Hardly anything to moan about. Noise from the apartment above didn't turn out to be a problem at all. The TV didn't work due to bandwidth issues - it was Rugby World Cup and everyone wanted to watch the games. We got help to get it working but it broke again soon after so we watched on our laptop - not a problem.

Very-very well equipped apartment placed at ground floor. The rooms are quite large and the furniture modern and functional too (microwave, dish and washing machines present with sops!). We appreciated the presence of a complely private internal small garden to enjoy breakfast in the mornings. The aprtment is locaed just 10 minutes walking from the see and from Rue de France, parallel to famous Promenade des Anglais, that can bring you to Massena square where you can find many shops, restaurants and minimarkets. Very good the presence of a privat parking place, directly aside from the flat, since in Nice is very complicated to find a good parking. Finally, both Mr. and Mrs Charbonnier are very kind people and available in case of any needs you might have during the stay.
Maybe beds and pillows are not at the same level of the other stuff of the apartment and should be improved ( what about a memory foam equiment?), but these are really minor details that don't compromise my opinion of a full 10/10.

Host were very kind- helpful but without being intrusive. Terrace is very nice, kitchen and living room as well. Car parking slot is just in front of our door which is very convenient. Children were glad there were chickens next to apartment. Close to Promenade (less than 10 min walking).
The bedroom has no day light- it is a bit low level and you see people walking. But there are curtains for more privacy.

The apartment has everything you need and is fresh and spacious, even with kids.
The road to get to the building was a little tricky sometimes with a stroller. We managed to find shortcut through the museum so it felt a little easier:)

We really liked the comfortable, clean and spacious sitting/dining area. The kitchen facilities were great and smart TV apps too, as well as the superb location! (Beach is 5 mins walk)

The room is spacious, very nicely furnished, modern and clean. The house is located close to the beach,shops, tram and owners were very friendly and helpful. The cats are also very cute :)
