Fast, 24-hour coffee, tea, cocoa, water and cookies. Quiet room, wonderful window that opens. Location across from the train station, walking close to many restaurants and shops. Refrigerator in room

The hotel is within walking distance of the railway station.
Nearby, there is a Lidl supermarket (very convenient for shopping), as well as a public transport stop.
The hotel staff are very friendly. During check-in, they give you a small box of cookies as a welcome gift, which is very touching.
In the hotel lobby, there is a free coffee machine available 24 hours a day, along with cookies. You can prepare an americano, cappuccino, etc., in just a few seconds.
In addition, there is free drinking water from a dispenser, which can also provide lightly sparkling water.
All of this is available 24/7.
This is very convenient — great respect to the hotel for this!
Moreover, the room is equipped with an electric kettle, along with tea supplies and instant coffee.
The rooms are clean.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The toilet is very small — it is quite difficult to fit inside with the door closed.

Breakfast was nice, the cookies and drinks available in the lobby were a wonderful extension of hospitality. The rooms were aesthetically nice and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was polite and helpful, especially in English.
The door to the bathroom was a little odd, and when it was opened I saw wrappers and other remnants from previous guests lying on the floor.

Everything is great, good customer service. All receptionists are nice, friendly and helpful especially Ms.Vera.
Location is close by Nice train station, restaurants and even the beach by walk.
Property is clean, functional. Space is small but good enough with the price.

Great location (5 min walk from the train station, which came in handy for day trips). Staff were very helpful and there were lots of free amenities (free coffee, welcome drink, they even left a chocolate with a note in my room since I was staying during Christmas)
The walls at this hotel were definitely the thinnest that I have ever experienced in my life. I could hear every conversation that people next to my room were having. To make matters worse, there was a crying baby on my floor which unfortunately kept me up at night for hours. The water pressure of shower also wasn't great. Overall, not sure if I would stay here again

The staff was so attentive, they showed us everything we need, there were many pleasantries in the form of water, coffee, and cookies at the front desk. We loved the room, comfy, clean, tiny with a balcony. Great location and just 10 mins walk from the center

As the hotel very close to "Gare De Nicel Ville", the train station, you can easily travel to Cannes, Monaco, Antibes for your daily trips.
Complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits both in the room and lobby.
Thanks to very warm welcoming and helfull staff.
The toilet was too too too small. I'm a small size person but could fit in it barely.
There was only 1 mirror and it was located in the batroom. No more mirror in the room; no tall dressing mirror, no make-up mirror. We were 2 girls in the room thus it took time to get ready :(

It was an affordable hotel for one night. It was also right across from a parking garage $ near the train station. Otherwise, I likely would not choose to stay there again.
The room was incredibly small. I did look at images, but this was way smaller than I would have expected. I could barely get my luggage into the room. The bathroom was also very small and the door was off the tracks so I couldn't close the shower. There was also very little space to put toiletries and the sink was super compact so water splashed everywhere when I attempted to wash my face.

It was comfortable, the bed was clean, and had a great location. Very close to the train station.

Overall everything was great very friendly staff, tasty breakfast with plenty of options, and I really appreciated the free coffee and water available anytime. The beds were also very comfortable.
The room was a bit small, but still comfortable and cozy, so it didn’t affect our stay.
